Hyatt centric brand is amazing

Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality.

This hotel had everything. It was in a great location, the people were friendly, had a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby and the room was perfect. Definitely a good choice if you’re staying in this area.

Enjoyed the room. Resort could not find our reservation at first, so check-in took a long time. However, AC did not work the last night we were there.

정말 좋은 위치, Google 지도에서 입구에서 드라이브를 찾는 것이 약간 까다 롭습니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 방, 멋진 전망, 걷기에 좋은 주변 지역.

Great hotel!!! all employees are very kind and supportable. Also very clean and confortable to stay with family. I strongly recommend the hotel.

They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day. I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

호텔은 멘피스 중심부의 미시시피 강 가장자리에 있으며, 다리를 타고 섬까지 몇 걸음 거리에 있으며 빌 스트리트에서 도보로 10 분 거리에 있습니다. 쉐라톤 빌딩은 더 눈에 띄고 멀리서 볼 수 있으며 길을 잃는 것을 두려워하지 않습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 큰 유리창 옆에 앉아 강과 피라미드를 볼 수 있습니다.

房間設施十分好，太好了，比較舒服，下次還有可能繼續住這裏，來北京地鐵優選之地，太好了 我們所感覺的美好的住宿酒店

유일한 단점은 수영장이 없다는 것이었습니다. 직원과 방은 좋았습니다. 나는 활동에 가까이 머물고 싶지만 너무 가깝지는 않은 다른 사람들에게 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶습니다. 셔틀 서비스가 매우 편리했습니다.
