Brilliant hotel, very friendly helpful service at reception. The hotel is clean, simple and everything you need within a small budget. There is a shopping centre is located below (don’t worry it’s not noisy). Also, the hotel has a 24hr coffee machine that includes excellent hot chocolate - my husband & I kept going back for more! Easily accessible to use Uber & Bolt too

The hotel location is amazing …the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful…. and facilities were beautiful.  The servers  in the restaurant were especially good …and one woman (sorry can’t recall her name) made our meals particular memorable  given her friendliness (and she spoke great  English …which helped us). We were very happy to have chosen your hotel… and find it (oddly we never saw a sign but assume that was us… not you!).  Thank you for asking for feedback…we will definitely let our friends and professional colleagues know about the extraordinary experience!

All in all average clean level with slightly aged and malfunction facilities. 1. Did not suffer bug bites or itchy feeling but the bed is NOT 10/10 clean, there is dust on bed base/frame. 2. The facilities are slightly aged, room and toilet doors are tricky to close and lock. Technically there are 2 shared bathroom/toilet, but one of the shower room door cannot close while the other bathroom has a broken toilet seat. So you basically only use bathroom A for toilet and B for shower only. 3. Both bathrooms have bad ventilation, so if someone took a smelly sht, then the smell would stay for quite a while. 4. Privacy concerns: the keyhole of the room doors can be see straight through from outside into the room interior. If ladies are to stay here you may risk privacy issues or you have to use something to plug in the keyhole to block vision. 5. Rather convenient location for the price but do expect noisy environment. Good thing is the windows are thick enough to block noises and provided air-con for air ventilation while window closed. 6. Free simple breakfast, basic bread, cornflakes and egg tarts.

솔직히 말해서, 4성급 호텔로 자리매김한 호텔에는 더 많은 것을 기대합니다. 객실에는 냉장고, 주전자, 커피 메이커가 없습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 빈약하며 뜨거운 팬케이크만 직접 구워야 합니다. 아침 식사 시 두 대의 커피 머신 중 하나는 인스턴트 커피를 ”양조”하고, 카푸치노를 주문할 때는 둘 다 우유와 함께 커피-코코아를 제공합니다. 이제 장점에 대해 설명하겠습니다. 모든 객실에는 테라스 또는 발코니가 있고(저녁에 와인 한 잔과 함께 앉을 수 있음) 배관 상태가 양호하며 직원은 친절하고 눈에 거슬리지 않습니다. 방음이 좋고 이웃의 소리가 들리지 않습니다. 객실 청소는 요청 시에만 수행됩니다. 호텔의 위치는 대체적으로 좋습니다. 구시가지 외곽, 알가르베 지역 전체에서 가장 아름다운 곳 중 하나인 도나 아나(Dona Ana) 해변에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 도보 거리에 식료품점과 카페가 몇 군데 있습니다.

The hotel is ok, the room number/blocks designation is a bit confusing though… It’s not in a bad spot for the new *****, and is flanked by plenty of restaurants etc… Big plus is the air con, pool area is just ok for how many rooms they have, no where near enough places to sit

Hotel de charme, au coeur de la ville, sur la place principale et à 2 pas de l'eau. Belles installations et chambres joliment décorées. Personnel disponible. Deux piscines.

Instalaciones muy bonitas, cómodas y limpias y personal súper amable

熱情友好的前台，提供各種建議和幫助，有種家庭旅館的温馨。臨走當天除了可以寄存行李，還可以回來沖個澡再走，非常體貼。 酒店整體不大但亦足夠，與圖片相符。位置非常好，海景無敵，走幾步就到小鎮最熱鬧的中心，吃喝購物一應俱全。

Boa localização, sítio muito calmo e relaxante, com pequenas casas dispersas pelo meio do pinhal. Muito bom para quem viaja com animais. A piscina fica um pouco longe para quem fica nas casas mais afastadas. A limpeza é muito básica e as funcionárias não foram lá muito simpáticas.

房間比較新，也很整潔。裏面有洗衣機，洗碗機，有廚房，可以自己做吃的，性價比很高。就是離海邊有點遠，不開車是不行的，周圍買東西不太方便
