급하게 예약한 이 호텔은 정말 기대 이상이었어요! 호텔 전체가 웅장한 저택 같아서 마치 시간 여행을 떠나 궁궐에 머무는 듯한 기분이었어요. 처음에는 정원이 있는 스위트룸을 예약했는데, 복층 구조라 불편해서 빌라 스위트룸으로 바꿨어요. 빌라 스위트룸은 꼭 예약하세요. 정말 아름답고 특별하답니다! 방을 바꾸는 데 100유로가 추가됐지만, 그만한 가치가 충분했어요!

酒店需要開車到達，景色很漂亮，酒店的服務也很好，停車場也很足夠 所有的設施都很齊全，泳池也是加熱的，拍照也很好看，還有很多小羊～ 晚餐人均大概50歐左右，還不錯，早餐也很豐富，有先做的歐姆蛋和煎蛋可以點 可惜時間太短了，有條件的可以多住兩天，會很舒服～ 唯一不能理解的就是為啥浴室沒有門🤣情侶還好，如果是朋友或者是一家一起去，挺尷尬的。。而且水也會濺出來……

My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

피렌체🇮🇹접근성 최고!! 엄청 싼 가성비 호텔 가든블루 피렌체 가성비 호텔 3성급 가든블루입니다. 피렌체에서 4박을 보낼 숙소를 검색했는데, 조식을 제공해 주고, 저렴한 숙소가 있어서 반신반의하면서 예약했어요. Garden Blue Via Venezia, 18b, 50121 Firenze FI, 이탈리아 4박에 300유로정도로 약 십만원씩에 결제했어요. 약간 기숙사 느낌의 침대가 두개 있어요. 제가 숙소를 추천하는 이유는 가격도 있지만, 청소상태가 청결합니다. 시트도 깨끗하고 청소도 매일 해주셨어요. 미니 냉장고도 있고, 전자렌지는 데스크에 부탁하면, 돌려주십니다. 따뜻한 물도 데스크에 부탁하면 제공됩니다. 옥상정원에서 두우모성당이 보입니다. 위치도 좋고, 조식은 더욱더 맛있는 가든블루 추천합니다. 우유에 시리얼 치즈케이크 모닝빵과 식빵, 삶은 계란 🥞 팬케이크기계도 있어요. 조식은 치즈 종류가 많고, 케이크 빵 종류가 많고 커피의 종류도 많아요. 맛도~좋아요 😀 데스크 직원분이 주신 피렌체 지도 보고 여행중입니다. 다들 즐거운 여행되시고, 가성비호텔입니다.

체크인이 좋지 않았습니다. 객실 요금을 선불로 지불했음에도 불구하고 체크인 시 그들은 나에게 다시 요금을 청구하려고 했고 무엇보다도 객실 요금이 내가 예약한 것의 두 배였습니다. 그들은 제가 증거 자료를 제출한 후에만 선불 결제를 했다는 사실을 인정했습니다(예약 내역 인쇄). 결국 나는 그들이 나를 같은 이름을 가진 다른 고객으로 착각했다는 말을 들었습니다. 매우 불편한 경험이었습니다. 하지만 공평하게 말하자면, 제가 머무는 동안 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했습니다.

매우 아름답고 큰 방 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다! 도보로 3 분이 걸리지만 그러나 레스토랑은 훌륭합니다. 아침과 저녁 식사는 모두 여기에 있습니다. 이 곳은 매우 조용하고 경치는 훌륭하고 발코니는 매우 좋습니다. 와인 한 병을 줬어

1. 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 버스를 타는 것이 편리합니다. 2. 호텔에는 아름다운 안뜰이 있으며 내 방에는 햇볕이 잘 드는 테라스가 있습니다. 3. 방의 장식은 단순하지만 독특합니다. 4, 와인 잔이 제공됩니다.

포도밭에 방이 있는 석조 집은 매우 유럽적이고 목가적이지만 가구는 장식용일 뿐 사용하기에 아름답지는 않습니다. 시설은 비교적 간단합니다. 집 전체에 의자가 하나 뿐이고 뜨거운 물이나 컵은 없습니다. 안내 데스크에 문의하고 슬리퍼를 가져와야합니다. 리셉션 호텔은 9시부터 7시까지 운영하는데, 이는 승객들에게 매우 불편하고 거의 사고를 일으킬 뻔했습니다. 욕실은 매우 작고 개인 물품, 옷, 수건 등을 놓을 곳이 없습니다. 전체적으로 편안한 숙박은 아니었고 가격이 너무 비싸서 아깝지 않았습니다.
