I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Newtown City, Kolkata with my mother and my son. The amenities and overall environment were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

콜카타 시내 남부의 숙소입니다. 주위는 메트로 공사로 인도의 발전 만이 보이는 한편, 파고 오두막의 나비가 있습니다. 인근에는 아크로 폴리스라는 쇼핑 센터가 있으며 푸드 코트도 완비되어 있습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 매트리스는 단단하기 때문에 포함하십시오. 도미토리로서는 1200엔은 높은 편입니다만 아침 식사도 붙어 있기 때문에 납득했습니다(게다가 근처는 식사 장소가 적습니다)

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

At this place it’s very good 4 star hotel.. location is excellent in new Digha. Staff is good and for children there is play park and some birds and small animals to see like zoo. Overall it’s good experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The highlight of my stay, without a doubt, was the food. Every meal I had was absolutely delicious, and the room service was prompt and attentive. It truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was fantastic. A perfect blend of great service, comfort, and amazing food—I'll definitely be returning!

The hotel with 300 yers history. Every corner is a masterpiece. The location is very convenient. Very close to the shops and the Main Street. The amenities are little bit tired and the shower is oldest old. The sheets are grey. The breakfast is tasty and enough of variety. The stuff is helpful and friendly. The comfort stay in Kolkata.

Bed sheets were moist and very old. Sleeping in the bed did not feel very hygienic. Rooms are spacious but walls are old and growing molds here and there. It is in the brink of closing down is what i feel for placing a stay like this in a good locality. It is being managed by young boys who aren’t professional. Locality is superb, you have a great restaurant right next to it.
