The hotel was good, and both the receptionist were so helpful and had a good sense of humour. They were always ready to help., The only downside was we missed on goring in the pool as the Ph levels were high on the day we wanted to use. The breakfast was fresh and very good too

Spent first night in noisy room with less than satisfactory plumbing. We were upgraded to a minimise for night 2 - excellent customer.er service. A great historic building that was lacking soul as bar was closed.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. 우리는 리뷰를 읽고 그것이 활기찬 술집 위에 있다는 것을 알았고 우리가 체크인했을 때 소음이 있었지만 Steve와 Louis는 오후 11 시경까지 소음 수준을 낮추기 위해 최선을 다할 것이라고 알려주었고 그렇게했습니다. 술집과 레스토랑은 사랑스러워 보이지만 이전 계획과 예약이 있었기 때문에 이번에는 시도하지 않았습니다. 다음에 시도하는 데 관심이 있습니다. 방은 사랑스럽고 기이하고 역사적이며 욕실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 우리는 확실히 추천 할 것이고 (큰 소음이있을 수 있지만 나중에 죽어 우리에게 완벽했습니다) 우리는 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다! 절대적으로 훌륭한 서비스!

전반적으로 평균입니다. 더 나은 옵션이 있다면 확실히 시도할 것이지만 확실히 이 작은 마을에는 선택의 폭이 많지 않습니다....

매우 좋은 품질과 저렴한 가격, 넓은 객실 및 완벽한 시설. 다림질도 가능합니다.

Nice hotel,very close to railway (which was just as well as would have brought car until saw the prices to park) Room quite new and comfortable ,could have done with more drawers.Shower quite good to use but water ran down to other end too easily would have been nice to have abath,did have one in my first room. Breakfast quite comprehensive but expensive Nice to have a pool and jacuzzi albeit small Staff on reception pleasant and helpful would stay again if could park nearby

Hotel and room where clean, friendly staff, Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The bed was a little hard for my liking and the room was very hot. The location is ideal for access to the International centre.
