주차장 시설을 갖춘 미국 콜로라도 호텔

在酒店前台辦理入住手續就等了好久，前台工作人員顯然不熟悉業務，要讓我刷房費，事實上我已經在攜程把所有的房費都交清了！然後又説要我250刀作為按金，其他相同的酒店都要20刀！我覺得也是因為他明顯不熟悉業務造成的！ 房間總體還行，但是設備有幾項都有問題：有一個床頭燈不亮、書桌上的接線板管用、衞生間沒有浴液、也沒有香皂！ 早餐有點簡單，唯一值得點讚的是鮮榨橙汁還不錯！ 總體的入住體驗一般般很一般

접수원은 친절하지만 손님이 구매해야 하는 무료 식수는 없습니다.

호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 아침 늦게 일어나서 아침 식사를 놓쳤습니다. 호텔 직원이 특별히 과일을 가져 왔습니다. 다음에 머물기로 선택합니다.

1. 가격은 매우 저렴했습니다. 나는 너무 많은 것을 기대하지 않았지만이 가격에 대한 기대 이상이었습니다. 예, 오래된 호텔이라 가구가 흠집과 움푹 들어간 곳이 약간 오래된 것처럼 보이지만 방은 전반적으로 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 방에 들어갔을 때 괴롭히는 독특한 냄새가 났지만 몇 분 후에 익숙해졌습니다. 가격이 너무 저렴해서 망설이고 있다면 솔직히 나이 때문일 것 같아요. 2. 위치는 COS 공항에서 멀지 않았습니다. 지역 버스는 오존 시즌에 있었지만 멀리 가려면 우버를 타야합니다. 이웃은 조용하고 평화로워 보였지만 이틀 밤 동안 사이렌이 세 번 울리는 소리를 들었습니다. 3. 건물은 호텔 객실로 임대하는 몇 개의 객실이 있는 콘도미니엄입니다. 주민들은 주로 친절하고 차가운 은퇴한 사람들이었습니다. 4. 리셉션의 남자는 매우 친절했습니다. 우리는 군대에서 우리 시대에 대해 이야기했습니다. 머무는 동안 건물에 은퇴한 서비스 회원이 많이 있어 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 5. 아침 식사는 뷔페가 아니었지만 주문에 따라 신선하게 만들어졌습니다. 계란, 팬케이크, 감자는 무료로 제공되었고, 1달러 50달러에 베이컨 두 스트립을 추가할 수 있었습니다. 웨이트리스인 티나(Tina)는 매우 친절했고 요리사인 지미(Jimmy)도 친절했습니다. 음식은 맛있었습니다. Jimmy는 내가 그의 ”스페이스 케이크”를 시도하는 데 너무 흥분했습니다. 이는 또한 훌륭했습니다. 야외 좌석에서는 산의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있으므로 야외에 앉는 것이 좋습니다.

What I like: (1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits (2) Staff are professional, explain things well. (3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in. What can be improved: (1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier. (2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay. Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean.  There needs to be a lounge to relax and socialize, otherwise great stay

This was 1 of the nicest stays we have had this trip. Checking in was very quick and warm. We were welcomed as a pet owner which is very important as some places say pet friendly but treat you like they rather you didn’t have a pet. Why do they say pet friendly? This place was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back. The motel is very near the downtown area. This place was excellent.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

편리하게 위치한 저렴한 저렴한 호텔입니다. 무료 아침 식사는 충분했습니다. 전문적이고 유능한 직원은 정확히 친절하지 않거나 환영하지 않았습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 샤워 / 욕조였습니다. 수압은 웃기게 약했고 샤워를 돌리면 5 분 이내에 온수가 거의 완전히 다 떨어졌습니다. 늦은 가을 / 겨울에는 즐거운 경험이 아닙니다.

First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.
