16th street mallから近くて食事もエンターテイメントも楽しめました！デンバーで上演されていたミュージカルを見に行ったのですが、シアターエリアにも近くてとても便利でした。なんと、それに出演していたキャストが全員ここのホテルに泊まっていたので、ロビーで一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました！

差評給到hot tub，一開始水是温的，但不燙，達不到hot tub的温度，裡邊泡着的遊客説已經叫工人修了，我和孩子進去幾分鐘之後開始感覺有微微熱水注入，過了10分鐘左右，水比一開始熱了一點點，但突然開始注入大股大股冷水，水池迅速變涼，我們趕緊走了。第二天早起我和孩子兩個人都感冒了。

이 호텔을 좋아합니다. 깨끗하고 현대적입니다.게다가, 개를 가지고 있다면 애완 동물을 제외하고! 😁 아침 식사도 맛있습니다. 그들은 우리 계란을위한 녹색 칠리를 먹었습니다. 보너스! 우리는 한 번 이상 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 온천 수영장도 가깝습니다.

호텔 주변에 노숙자 몇 명이 있어서 조금 무서운 위치였습니다.
모든 직원은 매우 친절하고 친절했습니다.
욕실의 샤워실은 그다지 압박감이 없었지만 그 점만 빼면 마음에 들었습니다.

독특한 호텔! 그들의 바에서 라이브 음악을 보는 것은 정말 좋은 시간이었습니다! 매우 깨끗하고 매우 수용 적입니다. 확실히 더 높은 가격의 가치가 있습니다. 우리는 지금부터 이 지역에 있을 때마다 여기에 머물 것입니다. 커플이나 주말에 친구와 함께하기에 완벽한 장소입니다.

There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.

A little luxury on my travels & in such a beautiful spot. The staff were lovely, the food, delicious, & the bed, comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend.

RRegiena MillerI talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found.
As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer.
We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast.
We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more.
When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!!
A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

리리뷰어1. 가격은 매우 저렴했습니다. 나는 너무 많은 것을 기대하지 않았지만이 가격에 대한 기대 이상이었습니다. 예, 오래된 호텔이라 가구가 흠집과 움푹 들어간 곳이 약간 오래된 것처럼 보이지만 방은 전반적으로 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 방에 들어갔을 때 괴롭히는 독특한 냄새가 났지만 몇 분 후에 익숙해졌습니다. 가격이 너무 저렴해서 망설이고 있다면 솔직히 나이 때문일 것 같아요.
2. 위치는 COS 공항에서 멀지 않았습니다. 지역 버스는 오존 시즌에 있었지만 멀리 가려면 우버를 타야합니다. 이웃은 조용하고 평화로워 보였지만 이틀 밤 동안 사이렌이 세 번 울리는 소리를 들었습니다.
3. 건물은 호텔 객실로 임대하는 몇 개의 객실이 있는 콘도미니엄입니다. 주민들은 주로 친절하고 차가운 은퇴한 사람들이었습니다.
4. 리셉션의 남자는 매우 친절했습니다. 우리는 군대에서 우리 시대에 대해 이야기했습니다. 머무는 동안 건물에 은퇴한 서비스 회원이 많이 있어 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다.
5. 아침 식사는 뷔페가 아니었지만 주문에 따라 신선하게 만들어졌습니다. 계란, 팬케이크, 감자는 무료로 제공되었고, 1달러 50달러에 베이컨 두 스트립을 추가할 수 있었습니다. 웨이트리스인 티나(Tina)는 매우 친절했고 요리사인 지미(Jimmy)도 친절했습니다. 음식은 맛있었습니다. Jimmy는 내가 그의 ”스페이스 케이크”를 시도하는 데 너무 흥분했습니다. 이는 또한 훌륭했습니다. 야외 좌석에서는 산의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있으므로 야외에 앉는 것이 좋습니다.

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

리리뷰어First off this hotel has a great location. You can get on C-470 in just 2 - 3 minutes and access to I-25 is just as easy and takes only 5 or so minutes. Within less than a mile radius is the Park Meadows Mall, several supermarkets/drug stores, more restaurants than you can imagine, Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Ikea, golf courses, bike trails, parks, and so on. The hotel appears to have been updated fairly recently as all finishes in the building looked clean, shiney and quite new. Our room was of average size with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that the shower/toilet area was separated from the bathroom sink area. The room was very quiet as there was no noise from either the outside or from adjoining rooms or the hallway. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, as the slightest noise keeps me awake, but during our stay here I slept like a baby. The front desk personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The only slight minus to our experience was that the breakfast menu was on the light side compared to most other hotels we have stayed in, however the dining space is spacious and clean. In summary, you can't go wrong in choosing to stay at this well managed hotel.

The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful.
We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick.
Overall, a great experience.

리리뷰어Good things were location, cleanliness, and modern (flipped) updates, big kitchen with all needed cooking appliances. Bad things were: room wasn’t ready upon arrival two hours after checkin (same for several other people waiting); noise - window A/C units kept in during winter created only a thin sheet of plastic separating outdoors. Lots of stomping, carts rolling, yelling at night, and traffic noise right outside bedrooms; poor responsiveness for missing items (no coffee maker - took three calls over several hours), no soap or shampoo in showers (delivered on last day), not enough coffee packets (never delivered despite multiple calls). Shuttle service very iffy. Sometimes only one running during high volume times. Advertisement on trip.com did not reveal that place was under major construction so no pool or hot tub or ski lockers available. Sidewalks and entry extremely icy and dangerous to walk on. Makeshift second floor check in room (due to construction) required walking on icy walkways and staircases to get to. Surprised they could get away with this from an insurance perspective.
