Ótimo hotel, quarto muito bom, programação na tv, ótimas roupas de cama e banho....
Café bom, diversidades ,qualidade, iogurtes muito bons, só não gostei do suco de laranja,parecia artifícial, não provei outros sabores.....bolos muito bons,tinha até uma torta, acredito q em homenagem as mães...
A princípio apenas problema c a água quente, q não funcionou e não resolveram e como sempre onpano de chão do banheiro não está lá, tive q ir pedir na recepção,mas foi resolvido, vale muito o custo-benefício...
Gostei muito do hotel, espero q na prova água quente esteja funcionando....

위시 호텔 다 바이아에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다! 호텔은 깨끗하고 아름다우며 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 따뜻하고 아늑한 분위기였습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않으셔서 항상 편안하고 세심하게 배려받는 느낌이었습니다.
조식은 정말 맛있었고, 매일 신선한 재료로 만든 다양한 메뉴가 제공되었습니다. 모든 것이 기대 이상이었습니다. 살바도르에 다시 방문한다면 꼭 이 호텔에 묵을 것이고, 살바도르를 방문하는 모든 분들께 강력 추천합니다!

모든 것이 완벽합니다. 참고 9.5. 10을 기록하고 싶다면 발코니가 태양이 태어날 때 매우 맑기 때문에 방에서 더 나은 정전이 필요합니다.
우리는 자물쇠에 문제가 하나 밖에 없었습니다. 카드가 약 3 번 열리지 않아서 게이트웨이로 돌아 가야했기 때문입니다.

Nice hotel near the airport with solid breakfast and amenities. If you don’t speak Portuguese, the staff is able to accommodate you in English. The TV only had less than half the channels listed on the guide which was odd.
This being Salvador, urban planning is a nightmare. Although the airport is very close, you have to drive a long ways in the wrong direction and circle back around to get to the airport. Be sure to plan accordingly.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, os quartos são amplos, e limpos, porém as camas são horríveis e desconfortáveis, os travesseiros estão muito velhos, tanto a cama quanto os travesseiros parecem ser do tempo da inauguração do hotel, e ainda, o ar condicionado está muito velho e o barulho chega a ser desagradável durante o sono.
O café da manhã é bom.
Os funcionários são atenciosos, porém o que estava trabalhando na recepção no feriado de Carnaval, parecia ainda estar de ressaca ou na folia, me deixou esperando quase 10 minutos no portão da garagem de saída.
Por fim, a Trip errou na reserva de nosso quarto.

익익명 사용자이 호텔의 위치와 중요성은 불분명합니다. 처음에는 해변 호텔인 줄 알았는데, 알고 보니 해변에 있는 게 아니었습니다. 해변이나 주변 레스토랑까지 걸어가는 것도 그다지 안전하지 않습니다(경비원이 그렇게 말하더군요). 호텔 수영장은 크지 않고 평범합니다. 아침 식사는 그저 그렇습니다. 시내에서 한 시간 정도 더 가야 합니다. 서비스 태도는 매우 좋지만 높은 점수를 주기는 어렵습니다.

* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

RRabs ShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

AAna SuellenPéssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

리리뷰어Que experiência maravilhosa!! Que lugar incrível!!! Os funcionários me atenderam muito bem, foram muito simpáticos, educados, atenciosos, impressionada com o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes. A limpeza estava ótima, ctudo limpinho, cheiroso. E o ambiente é muito silencioso, parece que vc tá hospedada sozinha de tão sossegada que é. A comida é ótima tbm, e a localização é muito boa e de fácil acesso! Amei tudo! Recomendo demais!!

리리뷰어Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

Do atendimento inicial do Catussaba resort não me recordo o nome da funcionária, ela, muito cordial e gentil nos atendeu super bem… chegamos um pouco antes do horário previsto e já nos disponibilizaram de um quarto… Como estávamos em 4 (um casal e duas crianças) esperávamos que o quarto estivesse pronto para nos receber… o sofá cama estava sem arrumar, pedimos e logo mais resolveram… quando fui me acomodar na minha cama percebi que tinha uma mancha aparentemente de sangue e fui observar bem até cabelo tinha… ligamos para a recepção e pedimos que trocasse por gentileza o cobre leito… quando retornamos no quarto vi que não tava mais a mancha… aparentemente tinha trocado porém, quando puxei o cobertor para me deitar… me sentir enganada pois tiveram o trabalho de apenas virar o cobre leito sujo…
Ah, pedimos três vezes que trocasse o controle de uma das tvs ou que mudasse as pilhas… saímos de lá sem ninguém ter resolvido um probleminha tão simples…
Outra questão que vale a pena constar é que o hotel precisa verificar urgentemente… sobre o exaustor de ar do quarto 217… não estava funcionando! Meus filhos no segundo dia já não aproveitou mais o hotel pois, ficaram doentes e com a qualidade do ar agravou ainda mais a situação. Coisas que não deveriam passar despercebido!!!!
O hotel tem um café da manhã variado, tudo muito gostoso, a piscina quentinha, o pessoal que trabalha nessa área precisa de mais treinamentos pois um fica jogando o cliente para outro… talvez a mão de obra esteja pesada pois existem poucos profissionais para a demanda (feriado).
O parquinho as crianças amaram, a praia é linda! A estrutura do hotel é muito boa! A noite fica um clima super agradável!
