주차장 시설을 갖춘 사우디아라비아 리야드 호텔

환경이 좋고 깔끔해요. 청결도: 청소가 매우 깨끗하게 되어 있어서 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 서비스: 서비스가 훌륭하고 직원분들이 매우 친절하며, 문제 해결에 적극적으로 도와주셨어요. 시설: 시설이 완벽하고 헬스장 장비도 잘 갖춰져 있으며, 수영장 물도 깨끗합니다.

Functional and good business hotel with good location and good staff and food

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

I have no words to describe how good this hotel is Itreally feels like a five star hotel I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.  And this one is easily is in the top 10% The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc. The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night  i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years And the location cannot be beat I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant. I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything This is the place to stay if you are in Riyadh

호텔은 2022년에 개장해서 비교적 신축입니다. 하지만 로비 엘리베이터와 레스토랑 연결 부분에서 악취가 납니다. 하수구 냄새가 심하게 나는데, 아직 아무도 고쳐주지 않아서 정말 안타깝습니다. 프런트 직원은 무뚝뚝했지만, 객실 청소 직원들은 훨씬 친절했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 객실 점검을 받고 택시를 기다려야 해서 불편했습니다. 다른 5성급 호텔들은 체크아웃 절차가 간편했는데, 이 부분이 개선되기를 바랍니다.

시설: 새로 리모델링해서 아주 좋았어요. 청결도: 깨끗했어요. 환경: 아주 편안했어요. 서비스: 훌륭했고, 아침 식사도 훌륭했어요. 헬스장 매니저도 정말 친절했어요. 아래층에 내려갈 때 가끔 운동하는 매니저를 만나기도 했어요. 👍

Perfect in terms of cleanliness, service, location and price. Parking maybe a challenge!

I like this superior queen room layout a lot. Spacious and equip with essentials. I like the bench as a comfortable seating area where u can rest before going to bed. Toilet I water pressure is good. Good smell for toiletries. I also enjoy swimming pool and the jacuzzi looks nice. Just different timings for gym and spa for men and women. Please be aware. Good for families too as some families with young kids around.
