Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

Gostei de quase tudo. Classificação acima da média. Não gostei que o quarto tivesse uma cama tão pequena.

Très bien situé pour se promener à travers d’Horta à pied. Le chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables mais mériteraient un peu de rafraîchissement.

때로는 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 때로는 엄격하고 단단했습니다. 고객을 수용할 수 있는 주방이나 냉장고가 없습니다. 침실은 매우 작고 침대는 시끄럽습니다. 6개의 침대에서 두 센터 모두 테이크나 조명이 없습니다. 세부트나 비누는 제공되지 않습니다. 의료는 침실에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 화장실이 흐르고 있었고 바닥에는 항상 물이 있었습니다. 에어컨도 없고 환기기도 없고 상자도 막혀 있지 않습니다. 긍정적인 메모로 마무리하기 위해 깨끗하고 이 오래된 건물의 건축물이 아름답습니다.

아름다운 섬의 완벽한 위치. 바다가 보이는 방을 구하고 보트가 들어오는 것을 지켜보는 것이 좋습니다. 좋은 아침 식사 선택의 폭이 넓고 멋진 신선한 과일. 직원들은 모두 매우 유쾌하고 행복을 퍼뜨립니다. 훌륭한 수영장은 세심하게 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 비가 오면 온수 욕조와 뜨거운 사우나. R3 길 건너편에있는 레스토랑. 정면을 따라 마을과 정박지로 천천히 산책하십시오.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.
