수영장 시설을 갖춘 말레이시아 셀랑고르 호텔

모든 것이 괜찮습니다. 저는 단지 입구를 찾고 싶을 뿐입니다. 아직 개발 단계라 조금 어렵습니다. 하지만 그의 집은 최고예요, 아름답고 깨끗해요.

my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

객실 크기도 적당하고 일몰을 볼 수 있는 곳도 좋습니다. 더블침대는 실제로 싱글침대 2개가 붙어 있어서 매우 불편합니다. 하우스키핑은 하우스키핑을 한 후에도 새 수건을 제공하지 않았고 몇 번 전화해도 아무도 전화를 받지 않았습니다. 아침 식사 항목이 차갑습니다. 전반적인 서비스는 그다지 인상적이지 않습니다.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

쿠알라룸푸르에 처음 왔는데, 이렇게 좋은 호텔에 머물게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 가성비가 정말 좋고, 수영장과 헬스장, 조식까지 모두 갖추고 있습니다. 특히 프런트 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨고, 도어맨 직원분도 매우 예의 바르셨어요. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 강력 추천해요!

방이 정말 깨끗했어요! 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다.· “정말 완벽하고 가성비 좋은 숙박이었어요, 강력 추천합니다!”· “체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 세부 사항이 편안하고 세심하게 느껴졌습니다.”· “이 호텔은 저희 기대를 뛰어넘었고, 다음에도 꼭 다시 선택할 거예요.”

호텔 스타일 콘도미니엄은 호텔과 집의 장점을 모두 갖추고 있습니다. 제가 예약한 방은 침실과 욕실이 분리되어 있고, 주방, 거실, 다이닝룸으로 구성된 개방형 공간이 있는 원룸 아파트였습니다. 넓은 거실에는 시청각 장비와 1~2인용 소파 세트가 마련되어 있어 휴대폰 음악을 들으며 편안하게 휴식을 취하기에 안성맞춤입니다. 주방에는 대형 냉장고, 기본 조리도구, 식기 세트가 완비되어 있어 직접 요리를 해 드실 수 있습니다. 아래층에는 슈퍼마켓이 있어 식료품, 간식, 음료를 쉽게 구매할 수 있습니다. 침실에는 다양한 베개가 놓인 매우 편안한 킹사이즈 침대가 있어 숙면을 취하기에 완벽합니다. 마치 집처럼 편안하고 아늑하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑인 라파예트(LAFAYETTE)에서 조식을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 양식 및 중식 뷔페는 물론 채식주의자를 위한 단품 메뉴도 준비되어 있습니다. 버섯 리조또, 토마토 펜네 파스타, 올리브 오일 파스타 등 서양 요리가 특히 맛있었습니다.

바닥이 카페트이고 우기라 그런지 처음에 좀 바닥이 약간 축축한 느낌이 들어서 실내화 신고 다님. 저층이라 그런가 조금 습하고 수압이 약한 편이라 그 점이 좀 불편했음. 실내화 퀄리티는 좋았으나 아이 실내화는 없었음. 침대는 기본방 트윈이라 그런가 싱글 2개임. 트립닷컴 설명에는 1.3m라고 했는데 1.3아님. 그냥 싱글 크기임. 대강 1미터 정도인듯... 한 뼘이 20센티 정도 되는데 5뼘 정도 나옴. 헤어 드라이기는 눌러야만 바람나옴. 헤어 드라이기 좀 허접한듯... 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 링크카페 지나서 가면 피라미드 몰 가기 완전 편함. 비오거나 더워도 걱정없음. 1층에서 선웨이 라군 워터파크 입퇴장하기 편하고 가까워서 그 점도 만족함. 호텔 자체는 솔직히 그저 그랬는데 선웨이 라군 입퇴장 편하고 링크웨이로 피라미드몰 가기 편한점은 매우 만족스러움.

이용하기 편리하고 가성비도 아주 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다. 위치도 찾기 쉬웠고, 픽업/샌딩 서비스도 제공하는데, 이용료는 별도였습니다. 사장님도 정말 친절하셨어요. 강력 추천합니다. 모든 면에서 최고였습니다!

이 홈스테이는 절대적으로 훌륭했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 위치가 편리하고 평화로워 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 도움이 되며 반응이 좋아서 우리의 체류를 더욱 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 우리는 여기에 있는 동안 진정으로 집처럼 느껴졌습니다. 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것이고 편안하고 즐거운 숙박을 찾는 사람에게이 홈스테이를 강력히 추천합니다.
