AAliHamidoúThis is my second time staying at this property, and it continues to exceed my expectations. I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.

리리뷰어Staff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel.
The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate.
The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination.
As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good.
The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests.
Only some shops are missing.
The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.

우리는 최근에 여기에 머물렀고 정말 감동했습니다. 우선, 나는 완벽한 청결을 강조해야합니다 – 우리 방은 매일 깨끗한 수건과 세심한 하우스 키핑으로 흠이 없었습니다. 호텔 전체가 너무 아늑하고 환영받는 느낌이 들어서 집과 같은 진정한 집입니다.
주방 팀 –에 큰 소리로 외치는 음식은 탁월합니다! 아침 식사는 절대적인 기쁨입니다. 믿을 수 없을만큼 맛있고 풍성하며 놀랍도록 다양합니다. 매일 아침 훌륭한 선택이 있었기 때문에 가장 까다로운 먹는 사람들조차도 즐길 수있는 것을 찾을 수있었습니다.
유일한 사소한 단점은 야간 소음이었지만 완전히 이해할 수 있습니다. – FIFA 월드컵이 현재 진행 중이며 이른 아침 시간까지 계속되는 외부에서 큰 화면 라이브 경기 방송이있었습니다. 축구 팬들에게는 실제로 엄청난 보너스입니다! 그리고 솔직히 말해서, 그것은 우리의 경험을 전혀 망치지 않았습니다.
우리는 확실히 다시오고 싶습니다. 편안함, 맛있는 음식 및 흠 잡을 데없는 청결을 찾는 사람에게이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다!

AAhmad Adel HassanOverall way a lovely relaxing stay. The resort is generally clean and well maintained. The rooms we booked were spacious and have a nice view on the beach. The breakfast is good but the quality and the cooking could be better.
The beach is not large but there were always spots available. The water is calm and warm (in September) as it is an artificial bay not the open sea water making it very suitable for families with small kids. This is a plus since the many days the mediterranean can be high and unswimmable. The sea bed has some black sand underneath with faul odour but generally it is covered and not directly noticeable.
The main downside is the location. It is about 30 minutes drive from the city center, with virtually no services around. One has to order either a taxi or have a car to move around. But there are delivery services if you need food if you ask the reception, as it might require an arabic speaker.
Lastly, the staff are very friendly and were always eager to help.

MMR M-HAmazing place, really clean, really spacious. Plenty to do.
I advise take a car with you as it is about 1-1.20 hours from Alexandria.
Also book the hotel between July- end of august.
There is a indoor pool which is heated and an outdoor pool which is cold, they also have a beach, gym, sauna, jacuzzi but the time I went the jacuzzi and sauna was not on or available.
The have a room that has two small snook tables, a outdoor football 🥅 ⚽️ pitch/court, basketball ball 🏀 court and a tennis/Badminton 🏸 🎾 court.
Water park, late night entertainment.
The women called Sara at the Concierge is very helpful very professional. Hospitality was amazing from her think she was the manager. She even allowed me to have a late check out without any charge but the staff in very helpful. Very friendly.
The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are very spacious.
The food was fine but nothing spectacular.

MMarawanGood luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite.
My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.

리리뷰어Spending time at the Siwa Oasis was an unforgettable experience, and the hotel gave us great surprises. Apart from not receiving Wi-Fi signal in the room and experiencing a brief power outage during our stay (though those who know Siwa understand that this is completely normal and due to local conditions and infrastructure, which is completely understandable), every other aspect of the experience was perfect!
What touched us the most was the hotel owner, who is incredibly awesome! He is extremely warm and responsible, always actively and promptly helping us communicate and resolve any needs or minor issues we have, making us feel very at ease.

BBogdan_ilinskii호텔은 좋아했고 직원은 좋았고 양보를 계속했습니다. 그러나 KPP에 입장하는 문제를 해결할 수없는 유일한 사람은 승인을 받았을 때 20 분을 기다렸고 예약을 보여주었습니다. 물론 즐겁지 않았습니다. 그래서 음식과 숙박 시설에 관해서는 10/10
