Very clean n tidy. Impressed with the quality of roo and hotel versus your competitors. Quality bathrom products. Had breakfast too . Self sevice ...nice coffee well laid out ... however, wasnt keen on ur bacon im affraid. Other thsn that we'll be back to you on our next venture. Many thanks

Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

We like a lot the service and the cleanliness in the hotel and in our room, just a bit cold room, the radiator wasn't working, for the kind of the receptionist and the friendly conversation with, we are satisfied.

Very nice hotel, with friendly and efficient staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Food was incredible - big compliments to the chef. Would definitely stay again.

정말 아름다운 곳, 탐험할 아름다운 지역입니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 내가 접촉한 모든 직원은 환상적이었고 우리를 위해 충분히 할 수 없었습니다. 확실히 돌아갈 것입니다

스파는 예상보다 일찍 문을 닫았고 방문했던 다른 스파와 마찬가지로 신발이 제공되지 않았습니다. 시스템과 아침 식사 예약에 작은 문제가 있었지만 직원들은 매우 도움이되었고 즉시 분류되었습니다.

Bit dated but regards to staff and stay couldn’t complain about anything slept well and staff were very friendly and accommodating would defo stay again.

Great location and value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. They gave us the apartment for no charge as it was unused as zi am disabled. Only downside was needed more milk for my tea in room but husband said well it is a pub. The rolling river was a great view out the window and field out the back with camper vans and picking tables. Felt very comfortable with the place

前台服務人員非常不專業，定了兩間房，給的房間不在一個樓層，而且離得很遠。換了間房房卡又開不開房間門。給女兒換校服郵寄快遞，在快遞網站上下好訂單第二天快遞員來取，因為我們第二天要在學校參加活動，和前台溝通把校服放在前台幫忙給一下快遞員，前台也滿口答應，但第二天快遞員來取前台取，前台竟然給快遞員説沒有…… 簡直無語，又開車回酒店取了快遞開車二十多公里郵寄出去
