스파 시설을 갖춘 스웨덴 스톡홀름 호텔

훌륭한 위치에 있는 힙한 호텔입니다. 대부분 직원의 서비스는 정말 훌륭했고, 라반이 으뜸이었습니다. 다만 몇 가지 예외가 있었습니다. 리셉션에 있는 한 여성이 별로 친절하지 않았습니다. 늦은 체크아웃을 거부하기 전에 눈 하나 깜빡이지 않았습니다. 다행히도 다른 팀원에게 부탁해서 최소한의 수수료로 확보할 수 있었습니다. 청소부도 우리가 방에서 나가서 청소를 하기 전에 5분만 기다려 달라고 했을 때 약간 투덜거렸습니다. 3분도 채 지나지 않아 나갔지만, 그녀는 여전히 매우 불만스러워 보였습니다. 방은 매우 좋았지만, 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 부분은 The Nest입니다. 놓치지 마세요.

시설: 매우 좋습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 많은 유럽 및 미국 호텔에 구비되어 있지 않은 온수 주전자가 있다는 것입니다. 위생 : 매우 깨끗하고 상쾌함 환경: 현대적으로 장식된 호텔로 매우 편안하고 편리합니다. 서비스: 요구 사항이 많지 않아 서비스가 정상 범위 내에 있습니다. 위치: 기차역 옆에 있으며, 지하철로 몇 정거장만 가면 이동할 수 있는 것 같습니다. 스톡홀름의 도시 지역/명소도 매우 밀집되어 있으며 지하철과 기차가 매우 늦게 운행됩니다. 밤에 술을 마시고 늦게 돌아와도 문제가 되지 않습니다. 따라서 호텔의 위치는 여행에 매우 편리하며 가격 대비 성능이 좋습니다. 매우 높습니다.

Ett hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends. The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable. My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability… Great stay overall though!!

정말 깨끗했고 침대도 푹신해서 장거리 여행의 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 역에서 조금 떨어져 있긴 했지만, 청결함과 직원분들의 친절한 응대를 생각하면 전혀 문제되지 않았습니다. 체크인할 때 받은 초콜릿도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 헬스장이나 사우나도 이용해보고 싶었지만 그러지 못해서 아쉬움이 남습니다.

Tiny tiny tiny room for the price. Book Sheraton instead of you’re in Stockholm - you won’t regret it. The rooms are 5x larger and cheaper even when you include breakfast. Sheraton rooms also include better amenities like coffee machines. We mainly booked Haymarket for the bar, but it has changed since 4 years ago. It used to be an amazing experience watching bartenders make the drinks and explain the bible of a menu. Now they only have 6 drinks on the menu and the bartenders can’t remember your drink order.

편리한 위치 - 지하철 옆에 있으며, 출구에 어디로 가야 하는지 알려주는 표지판이 있어 이동이 훨씬 수월합니다. 레스토랑에서의 저녁 식사는 매우 맛있었고, 린넨과 침대는 훌륭했으며, 욕실에는 훌륭한 샴푸와 컨디셔너인 Rituals가 있습니다. 긴 머리에 이상적입니다.

아침과 저녁은 매우 풍부하며 서비스 직원은 매우 전문적입니다! 새로운 호텔, 오래된 건물, 좋은 디자인과 세부 사항. 주변 환경은 매우 좋고 편리한 여행입니다.

The hotel's location is not at downtown & need ~10 mins of bus journey to town center. The breakfast is good. The room space is cosy, clean & equipped with air conditioning. However, due to environmental protection no cup in the room & need to get paper cup at front desk.

My stay at Elite Spa Hotel in Stockholm was excellent. Everything was perfect – from the professional and welcoming staff to the very comfortable and exceptionally clean room. Cleanliness was at the highest level in every area. The location is ideal for exploring the city. An experience I would highly recommend! 😊

저희는 위치를 모르고 도착했는데, 스케르홀멘 지하철역에서 아주 가까워서 교통이 정말 편리했어요. 주변은 조용하고 깨끗했고, 쇼핑센터도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 프런트 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 이해심이 많으셨어요. 저희가 영어를 잘 못했는데도 불구하고, 친절하게 도와주시고 문제 해결에도 적극적으로 나서 주셨습니다. 가족 여행객에게 아주 적합한 좋은 호텔이에요. 저희는 정말 만족했고, 강력 추천합니다. 저희를 잘 챙겨주신 모든 분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 다음에 또 뵙기를 바랍니다.
