주차 시설 시설을 갖춘 체코 남부 모라비아 호텔

객실은 좋고 프론트 서비스 태도도 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 기차역과 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있으며 호텔 시설이 완벽합니다.

Ottima posizione, centrale e circondata da tutti i servizi: numerosi market, bar, ristoranti e negozi di vario genere. Staff gentile, camera di buone dimensioni, letto comodo con tendine laterali per garantire un minimo di privacy. Pulizia buona, i bagni andrebbero svecchiati (soprattutto le docce). Mancanza di un'area comune dove rilassarsi, cucina piccola e non molto funzionale.

The positive: The staff are all professional & helpful!! The breakfast is wonderful!! NOT so positive: WiFi is poor. Cannot get English subtitles on any channel (confirmed with front desk). The bed consists of a 2” pad on top of a box spring. We had a raggedy hand towel with holes in it which should only be used for a rag! The A/C shuts off when the outside temp reach a certain point & the room is literally stifling afterward! We asked for a fan, no fans. The only option was to open a window & hope birds would not fly into the room (no screens). But again, the staff was pleasant!

This is a gorgeous hotel right in the center of Brno within easy walking access to the tram and main train station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with the exception of the air conditioning. Despite numerous attempts by staff we could not get the temperature cool enough to be completely comfortable sleeping at night. Granted, we like it on the colder side, so it may not be an issue for most people and it was quite hot outside during our stay. The hotel service was excellent, and somehow we received a free upgrade so had access to the executive lounge for free beverages and a nice seating area on our floor which was really nice. There was also a miscommunication about whether the mini bar items in the room were included (we understood at check in that they were, but they were not), and the front desk manager was very nice to remove those charges from our bill. The room had a hair dryer and access to an ironing board which we appreciated as we didn't have to bring those items. Best of all, the included breakfast buffet is absolutely spectacular. They offer a huge selection of items, cook to order eggs, in a beautiful dining room. We loved it! I would definitely recommend staying here!

모든 것에 가까운 이상적인 장소(구시가지 중심)에 위치한 매우 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 장점은 호텔 입구까지 직접 운전할 수 있다는 점인데, 보행자 구역이 있어 진입이 매우 어렵고 때로는 불가능하기 때문에 인근에 위치한 이러한 유형의 다른 시설의 경우에는 그다지 눈에 띄지 않습니다. 객실은 1920년대 수준을 유지하고 있습니다. 다소 딱딱한 매트리스를 깐 침대처럼 편안합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 친절하고 도움이되는 직원. 호텔 내에 대형 주차장이 없어 차고까지 차를 가져가는 것이 아쉽지만, 차가 깨끗하게 돌아오고 큰 문제 없이 이용할 수 있다는 장점도 있습니다. 직원에게 물어보고 몇 분 후에 자동차를 수거할 준비가 됩니다. 출발 당일에는 사전 요청 없이 차량을 제공해주셔서 그것도 좋았습니다. 주변에는 흥미롭고 역사적인 명소가 많아 추천할만한 곳입니다.

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

We booked this hotel as a last minute stop and were very happy that we had chosen it! Reception staff were extremely welcoming on our arrival (fairly late) and our room (on the 9th floor, great views) was extremely comfortable so we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was generous and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful (special shout out goes to Danielle). A clean, comfortable hotel with straightforward parking. Highly recommended…

Great experience, sufficient parking lot, friendly receptionist. Large room and bathroom, Cafe machine and safety box in the room, but room was very dark with small window, missing Electric socket by the beds. Breakfast was good but we had to pay for another type of coffee - decaf. Overall rating is 4/5.
