스파 시설을 갖춘 인도 우타르프라데시 호텔

호텔은 타지마할에서 차로 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 입구와 로비는 괜찮아 보이지만, 모든 것이 이미 너무 낡고 지저분합니다. 직원들이 호텔 관리를 제대로 하지 않아 모든 것을 제대로 관리하지 못하는 것 같습니다. 체크인 시 쿠키와 주스를 제공하는데, 괜찮았습니다 :) 방은 넓고 모든 것이 잘 정돈되어 있지만, 다시 한번 말하지만 이미 좀 낡았습니다. 저희는 더블룸을 사용했는데, 세면도구는 가운 하나, 칫솔 하나뿐이었습니다(덧붙여 말씀드리자면, 면봉이나 화장솜은 없었습니다). 저희 방(2128호)은 음악이 흘러나오는 레스토랑 바로 위에 있어서 음악 소리가 방 안에서 너무 크게 들렸고, 음파까지 느껴졌는데, 이는 좋지 않았습니다. 수영장을 이용할 시간이 없었습니다. 예약에 아침과 저녁 식사가 포함되어 있어서 정말 기뻤습니다! 인도에서는 아침과 저녁 식사가 매우 중요하기 때문에 이 예약은 정말 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 호텔은 안전합니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 약간 매콤한 음식과 인도 요리를 쾌적한 분위기에서 즐기실 수 있습니다. 기본적인 아침 식사는 인스턴트 커피이지만, 직원들이 구석에 숨겨둔 커피 머신도 있습니다. 제가 커피 머신에 다가가자 직원이 비켜서서 일반 커피를 건네주었습니다.

아그라의 완벽한 호텔. 진짜 5성급 호텔. 서비스는 매우 높으며 모든 것에 도움을 줄 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 스카이 데크에서는 타지마할을 볼 수 있고 음료도 마실 수 있습니다(칵테일 가격은 1000루피). 저녁 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 그리고 가장 좋은 점은 수영장입니다.

交通便利，衞生情況衹能説一般，對得起這個價格。早餐很豐盛，適合中國人的胃口。周圍有商場，買東西和吃飯比較便利。樓頂有泳池，可以免費游泳，值得推薦。

제가 머물렀던 날은 1박이었지만 ¥5,000보다 낮아서 코스파 최강이었습니다! 22:00부터 도착해, 파티를 하고 있는 것 같아 꽤 폭음의 BGM이 방까지 들리고 있었습니다만 날짜가 바뀌는 무렵에는 끝났다고 생각합니다. 호텔 앞에는 아이스 가게의 카트, 스낵을 팔고있는 카트가 자정까지있었습니다. 여자 1명이었지만, 호텔 앞의 작은 공원과 같은 공간에 있는 나무가 라이트 업되어 있어 계속 밝기 때문에 1:00 지나에 매달려 있어도 위험도 없을 것 같았습니다. 도로는 교통료가 많이 건너기 어렵습니다. 편의점 같은 곳도 가까이 없을 것 같다. 카페가 있었다. 나머지는 들판 개가 많이 있습니다. 타지마할에 도보 16분으로 표시되어 있었습니다만, 40도 근처 어느 날이었으므로 Uber가 무난합니다. 수하물도 체크아웃 후 무료로 맡길 수 있습니다. 투어 데스크의 사람은 조금 차가운 느낌이지만 호텔 직원이 아닌 것 같습니다. 남성 스탭과 특히 도어맨들이 매우 친절했고, 체크아웃 후에도 물을 주거나, Uber의 트러블에도 스태프가 많이 모여 와서 전화해 주거나 친신에 대응해 주었습니다. 만약 아그라에 오는 것이 있으면, 절대로 여기에 묵고 싶습니다. 정말이 퀄리티로이 가격은 유익합니다!

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and elegance, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect the rich Mughal heritage. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with a diverse array of delectable cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need, providing personalized service with a genuine smile. The hotel's lush gardens and stunning architecture provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and exploration. Without a doubt, ITC Mughal Hotel has set the standard for luxury accommodations, earning my enthusiastic five-star rating.

This the only choice for me to stay if travelling to Kanpur. The hotel is clean & staffs are family. Everything is good.

Great location super hospitality as always. My three-night experience was comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and courteous staff. The dinner was good, featuring a variety of flavorful dishes.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.
