주차장 시설을 갖춘 중국 허난 호텔

호텔 직원분들이 정말 친절하셔서 몸둘 바를 모를 정도였어요🤭 최근 몇 년간 묵었던 호텔 중 최고였고, 정말 따뜻하고 세심하게 배려해주셨어요. 매일 무료 과일, 간식, 차, 작은 선물까지 챙겨주셔서 숙박 내내 정말 편안했습니다. 조식 뷔페도 정말 다양해서 중식, 양식, 일식, 홍콩식, 현지 특색 요리인 모란 연채와 소고기탕까지 다 맛있었고, 영양도 풍부하고 든든했어요. 무료 픽업/샌딩 서비스도 있어서 이동이 정말 편리하고 걱정 없었습니다. 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 방음이 약간 약하다는 것이었는데, 호텔에서 먼저 소통하며 문제를 해결해주려고 노력하고 귀마개와 수면 안대까지 제공해주셨어요. 전반적으로 가성비가 정말 뛰어나서 뤄양에 오시는 분들께 강력 추천합니다!

가족과 함께 머물면서 경험은 매우 좋습니다. 방은 충분한 공간, 위생 및 세심한 배려, 건조하고 이상한 냄새가없는 욕실, 안정적인 온수 수압. 방음이 잘되고 아이들이 시끄럽지 않고 잘 수 있습니다. 주변에 간식거리도 많고, 쇼핑하기 편리하고, 서비스 스태프도 친절하고, 가격도 합리적이고, 가족들도 편안하게 생활합니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 룽먼 석굴 매표소 바로 옆이라 룽먼 고가거리에서 식사하기에도 편리했습니다. 저희는 차를 몰고 둥산호텔에 갔는데, 호텔에서 셔틀버스를 제공해 주었어요. 운전기사 장훙러 씨는 정말 친절했고, 짐도 옮겨주고 사진도 찍어주는 등 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다. 프런트 직원 단단 씨도 매우 친절했는데, 제가 말린 옷을 프런트 데스크로 가져다주는 등 여러모로 배려심이 깊었어요. 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

정저우 다위미 빌딩에 위치한 이 호텔은 38층에 로비가 있고 1층에서 직원의 안내를 받을 수 있습니다. 38층에서 엘리베이터를 갈아타야 하지만 그리 번거롭지는 않습니다. 체크인 시 직원분이 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 명찰을 보고 씨트립 후기에서 많은 분들이 칭찬했던 Maggie님인 것을 알았습니다. 제가 호수 전망을 좋아한다고 하자 무료로 레이크 뷰 객실로 업그레이드 해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 다른 메리어트 호텔들과 마찬가지로 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 침대 옆과 책상에 전기 콘센트와 USB 포트가 많아서 편리했습니다. 헬스장과 수영장은 이용해보지 않았지만, 둘러보니 괜찮았습니다. 수영장은 28도 항온으로 몇몇 사람들이 수영하고 있었습니다. 걸어서 10분 정도 거리에 루이 호수 유람선 선착장이 있고, 아래층 호숫가에는 먹거리와 즐길 거리가 많아 매우 편리합니다. 맛있는 음식을 먹으면서 아름다운 호수 경치를 감상할 수 있습니다. 일정상 오래 머무를 수 없었지만, 정말 몇 박 더 머물고 싶었습니다. 다음에 정저우에 오면 또 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다.👍

위치가 훌륭하고 쇼핑가와 관광 명소와 가까워 여행이 편리합니다. 객실은 넓고 밝으며, 합리적이고 편안한 구조를 자랑합니다. 침구는 부드럽고 피부에 닿는 느낌이 편안하여 최상의 숙면을 선사합니다. 위생 상태는 흠잡을 데 없이 완벽하며, 세심한 부분까지 신경 썼습니다. 세면도구는 고품질로 사용하기 편안합니다. 직원들은 세심하고 친절합니다. 가격 대비 만족도는 기대를 훨씬 뛰어넘습니다. 전반적으로 완벽한 경험이었고, 다시 방문할 가치가 충분합니다. 강력 추천합니다!

먼저 기본 조건에 대해 이야기하겠습니다. 나는 Xinxian에 두 번만 갔다. 우연히 두 번은 같은 호텔에 있었고 같은 방에 있었고 창문을 열고 황강을 자랑스럽게 바라보고 탁 트인 전망을 가지고 있었습니다! 강둑을 산책하러 나가니 봄바람이 천천히 불어오는 것이 보기 드문 기분입니다! 작은 다리가 있고 카운티 전체의 중심인 Xinxian Square입니다! 바쁜 후에는 서강을 운전하고 아름다운 풍수를 느끼거나 Hubei, Yuan, Suzhou의 수도를 타고 영웅을 올려다보고 원래의 마음으로 돌아갈 수 있습니다!

The location is amazing and up until the last few hours we were very satisfied with our stay. They gave a free upgrade to their newly refurbished 4th floor and that room really was awesome. We were not aware they cooked dinner well so we are out but should have dined at the Homestay. Breakfast was very simple but satisfying. They provide a transfer to Shaolin in a super nice car and plenty of free water to take with you during the day. So far so good. Now perhaps we are lost in translation but we indicated having a ride to our next stop charging between 260 and 380 through the didi app. Waaayyyy to expensive they said and offered to call a cab. The cab however was 445, a much higher rate. All rates included the toll. We asked about the type of car and were shown a luxury car. That car and that price were similar to didi premier so we said okay. Then they said it would take half an hour. We didn’t want that so said we would just go for the didi. They then said the taxi would be there faster. As you may guess; it was not. We ended up waiting well over half an hour and the taxi was a regular taxi. They ride was good, driver friendly etc but we felt a bit off about the way this went down. Again: could be lost in translation here so if you just arrange your own ride you will have an awesome stay with them. Ask for the nice room on floor 4! Picture is the view from our room.

반산쓰지(半山四季) 정말 강추합니다! 버틀러 서비스는 완벽 그 자체였어요. 아이들과 함께 온 걸 아시고는 어린이 슬리퍼와 간식까지 세심하게 준비해주셨어요. 필요한 게 있어서 버틀러에게 메시지를 보내면 몇 분 안에 문 앞까지 가져다주셨고요. 호텔 환경은 말할 것도 없이 환상적이었어요. 세심한 버틀러 서비스와 신선놀음 같은 환경 덕분에 이번 여행 경험이 최고였답니다!

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

7일동안 너무너무 편하게 머물렀어요. 위치는 관광지랑 떨어져 있지만 항상 호텔 앞에 택시들이 대기하고 있어서 불편하단 생각은 안했어요. 그리고 가격에 비해 서비스나 시설이 너무 좋아서 더 머물고 싶었네요. ㅎㅎ 수영장도 넓고 한적해서 좋았어요. 덕분에 정저우가 좋은 추억으로 남았어요!
