주차 시설을 갖춘 영국 글로스터셔 호텔

첫 번째 방문은 몇 년 전이었지만 이번이 두 번째 방문이었습니다. 우리는 그것이 얼마나 사랑스러운지 잊어버렸습니다. 결혼식이 2번 있었고 공휴일 주말이어서 호텔이 정말 바빴습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 유쾌하며 효율적이었습니다. 분명히 침착함을 유지하고 수집하는 데 사용됩니다. 모두들 수고했어요

Disappointed at first off when I found out I had to pay a further £5 for parking my car. First appearance was it seemed very dated. The room was ok, bed clean and comfortable, tea, coffee making facilities. TV was a limited on stations, but absolutely no WiFi or if there was it wasn’t available in my room. Noise from the next door room, and from upstairs in particular was unbearable, I think they must have been real heavyweights as every step across their room was vibrating down through my ceiling, and at one point sounded like they were jumping off the bed it was so loud, I actually thought they would be coming through. The bathroom had really seen better days, felt grubby, mould on the ceiling, plugs in both the bath and the sink were old and broken, and the bath itself had seen better days, but on a positive note the towels were clean. All in all I didn’t feel it was worth the £72 plus parking fees and wouldn’t recommend, unless you could get it for less than £40 Max.

Cosy pub hotel and great breakfast although slight on the pricy side. No air conditioning although a small fan was provided in the room during our summer stay @29’c !

Travelled to Cheltenham for business and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Polite and professional staff at reception during check-in and check-out, as well as in the restaurants. Room including shower room were clean and well presented. Would have preferred a chair to work at the desk instead of a stool - a minor point. Didn't have time to use the pool etc. Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the centre for more eating places.

사랑스러운 호텔! 저녁 식사 서비스에 약간 ”실망”했습니다. 우리는 오후 6시 30분에 도착하여 웨이트리스와 함께 신속하게 식사를 주문했습니다. 우리 저녁 식사는 오후 8시 30분 이후에 오지 않았습니다. 공정하게 하기 위해 매우 바빴습니다.

Excellent stay. Clean room and great breakfast. Really good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

아름다운 시골 풍경인 바이버리(Bibury)는 저녁이 되면 더욱 아름답고 온화합니다. 조용한 환경, 일몰, 새, 소, 물고기, 졸졸 흐르는 시냇물, 마을은 달콤하고 조용하며 조화롭습니다. 비록 자율주행차는 없었지만 기차와 버스 우버를 타고 험난한 여정이었지만 이 아름다운 호텔에 머물면서 풍성하고 맛있는 영국식 아침식사를 즐겼고, 여행할 가치가 있었습니다. 저녁에는 서양 음식을 먹었습니다. 정말 훌륭했습니다!

우수한 위치. 호텔에는 좋은 시설이 있습니다. 문 앞에는 강이 있다. 역시 안전합니다. 아침에 달리기를 많이 해요. 그 옆에는 새로운 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 나중에 보니 먹을 만두가 많더라구요. 바깥 풍경도 볼 수 있다. 매우 좋은.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 days 3 nights at Ellenborough park. The location and estate are outstanding. This is an authentic English experience. The staff was very kind and accomodating. We enjoyed the heated pool in february which was great. Breakfast was everything you hoped for. We are already considering returning in warmer weather and explore the beautiful cotswolds. Definitely recommend ++++

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.
