피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 체셔 호텔

멋진 크고 깨끗한 객실이 있는 멋진 호텔. 몇 가지 문제 - 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있기 때문에 여기에 가려면 차가 필요합니다. 내 방에는 룸 서비스 메뉴와 룸 서비스를 위해 전화를 걸 수 있는 번호가 있었지만 전화는 없었습니다. 음식과 음료는 괜찮 았습니다. 머무는 동안 바에 1 명만 있었고 서비스는 약간 느렸습니다. 나는 청량 음료를 주문했고 약간 평평했고 그들이 청구 한 £ 4의 가치가 없었습니다. 직원 부족으로 인해 식당은 청소해야 할 테이블로 가득 차있었습니다. 아침 식사도 약간의 재앙이었습니다. 그들은 그것에 대해 £15를 청구하지만 확실히 가치가 없습니다. 훌륭한 셀프 서비스 핫 뷔페가 있습니다. 커피는 없었고 티백과 뜨거운 물만 있었습니다. 또한 유럽식 역에서 사용할 수 있는 접시가 없었습니다. 직원이 꽤 많았을 때 세부 사항에 대한 관심이 정말 누락되었습니다.

overall is good, is clean and the swimming pool is okay but the room temperature is a little bit hot, the air-conditioning is not working

체크인은 매우 쉽고 3 명의 직원이 손님을 체크인하는 번거 로움이 없었습니다. 우리는 15:00 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 전에 도착했지만 이른 체크인 객실이 없었기 때문에 나중에 체크인하기 위해 돌아와야했습니다. 객실 크기는 편안한 침대와 좋은 휴식을 보장하는 양질의 베개로 적절했습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 직원이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 도심까지 도보 거리가 아니라 위치이지만 도심 외곽에 있는 이 호텔의 주차가 훨씬 쉬우므로 거래 차단기가 아닙니다.

Nice quiet Hotel, Good facilities..Good breakfast The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and a good size (king size) The waiters and waitresses were very polite, courteous and swift to attend to our needs with drinks, menu choices and clearing away of plates very quickly..Our waiter for the evening Tom was first class.

Hello, I stayed at your hotel for one night in a twin room with my dad in July. Date Friday 14th July 2023. We have just received a parking fine for parking in your car park. This is strange as we provided our car registration number when we checked in? Our booking number from Trip.com is: ***********. The check in voucher number is: **********. Please can you look in to this for me as I don’t live in the UK, I live in China. My dad received the letter and doesn’t know how to deal with this as he is 89 years old and can’t use the automated service on telephones and struggles with hearing, and my mum can’t help as she doesn’t speak English well. The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free during their stay, something we took full advantage of. It’s a nice hotel to stay in if you’re in the area. Ideally there’d be a little more attention to upkeep- there are cobwebs in some harder to reach spots, we kept being given too few towels, the heater didn’t work, the shower was stiff and hard to turn on, and the batteries in the tv remote needed replacing. All small things that the staff were happy to fix when notified though.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

Rooms are extremely light and clean, sturdy beds. On the hotels official website, it states the rooms air air conditioned, however, this is not true. When we asked the guy on reception, he tried to convince me that I’ve read it wrong and tried to make me out as being stupid, but it clearly states the rooms have aircon but only the reception/lobby has air con. The room was very comfortable, could do with having some netting as looks directly into the offices across the way, unless you close the curtains.
