The staff were very friendly and helpful, old style hostel but it was clean and some little hearts on the bed , small things to feel welcomed .
The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits , juice , eggs salad ,coffee , tea . We really enjoyed our stay .

예약할 때 중국 호텔이었는지 몰랐습니다. 호텔에 도착했습니다. 사장님이 중국인이라는 걸 보니 정말 놀랐습니다. 사장님은 따뜻하고 사려깊었습니다. 더블룸을 예약했는데 거실, 완비된 주방, 건식과 습식 분리된 별도의 욕실이 있을 줄은 몰랐습니다. 호텔에는 자체 레스토랑도 있으며 하루 세 끼의 식사는 맛있는 현지 또는 중국 음식을 선택할 수 있습니다. 특히 안주인은 우리가 합리적인 일정을 잡고 운전자에게 연락하고 가격을 이야기하는 데 도움을주기 위해 주도권을 잡았습니다. 여행 경험에 매우 만족합니다.

The Receptionists welcomed us with smiles, everyone was welcoming. The food was great, a wide variety for breakfast including local dishes, Indian and other dishes which we tasted and they were great. The hotel is located in Stone Town, a neighborhood is full of history, markets with spices that are walk-able distances away. It has taxis in the front door to take you anywhere at affordable fee. The shores to Slave Island are just walk-able distance away. The ferry sounds can wake you up earlier, other than that everything was great.

Stayed at this hotel for two days with my wife ,the hotel stuff were very friendly and helpful made our stay memorable would not mind to stay here when I visit stone town again.

호텔 시설은 매우 낡았 고, 특히 욕실의 환기 시스템은 화장실에서 갑자기 울려 퍼졌으며 🙀에 감히 놀랐습니다. 다음 건물과 매우 가깝기 때문에 기본적으로 방의 전망이 없으므로 벽이 보입니다. 둘째, 호텔의 아침 식사 가격은 매우 불합리합니다. 1 인당 15 달러, 뷔페 선택은 거의 없으며 맛은 매우 만족 스럽습니다.

익익명 사용자I have never stayed in a hotel where the service and experience progressively got worse each day. Everything just started going downhill during our second day you wake up in the morning and the first thing that happens is you are asked about joining one of the tours and offer through the hotel and they do that every chance they get and the moment they find out that you have a booking For a tour with another company and not through them, they will just little snide comments and make you regret your decisions. The second thing was the food you had to order lunch hours before and when you ordered for specific time you get to the restaurant you still have to wait at least another 30 minutes to get it, I ordered calamari on one of those days for eight and only got four small pieces of calamari and that was it just for small pieces of calamari and fried plantain so that was basically two dollars per calamari.
There was an element of feeling unsafe because one of the mornings as I was walking up to breakfast there was a strange man just walking around and when I get to breakfast, one of the staff members there tells me that there’s a man who has been asking about me and looking for me and as I turned there, that man is standing right there and my question was, how are you letting this man on the premises, and what if you wanted to come to me and you guys are letting him walk around this entire place because I ran into him on the other side of the hotel so there was that as well which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy and unsafe.
They didn’t spray any mosquito spray as it’s common in the area to in and spray the room with mosquito spray at the end of each evening they only did that first night and we had to keep them and each time it was met with just a sigh of inconvenience like we were inconveniencing them getting there difficult worth it and I think that is the one thing I can attest to being the better part of this entire establishment, but that aside the services awful. You will go hungry, we told the bar open a specific time but it wouldn’t open. Also they change their rules at one day. It’s OK to have a meal by the bar closer to the beach the next day you can’t do that but then you’ll see them. Send them food down for specific people so that was also extremely offputting, I can safely say I will never set foot in that place ever again.

리리뷰어The location is at the quiet side if the Stone Town. Due to it is situated inside a small alley, the directions could be quite complicated and we were lost several times to head back to the hotel. Despite being assured that it's safe, we were tapped by few mischievous children when we passed by a school near the hotel. That said, the room and hotel itself was great. We particularly enjoyed the breeze at the open air loft, where we could view the sea and ships from far away. It was indeed relaxing. The historical bed and bath in the room made the experience so unique. The only downside was there was insufficient of hot water for the bath. The breakfast wise was in fact the best we had in Tanzania, not to mention the impeccable hospitality provided by the staff there. Special shout out to the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage during check in and out. Bear in mind on the steep staircase up to the room and inside the room to the loft. It might not be suitable for those who have knee problem, as you literally need to climb up and down everytime to the washroom. Otherwise, it was quite a memorable stay.

YYon-iii객실, 발코니, 객실에서 보이는 전망, 레스토랑은 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 리셉션 고객 서비스에서 개선해야 할 점이 하나 있습니다.
체크인할 때 서명한 객실과 실제로 받은 객실이 달랐습니다. 그들은 아무런 통보 없이 객실을 바꾸었습니다. 왜 내부는 같은 객실이라고 했는지 물었습니다. 하지만 전혀 달랐습니다. 바뀐 객실은 프라이버시가 전혀 없습니다. 투숙하는 동안 창문을 닫아야 합니다.
그리고 체크인할 때 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 그들은 마지막 날 아침에 체크인하라고 했습니다. 마지막 날에 다시 2시간 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 그들은 시스템을 확인하지도 않고 요청을 거부했습니다. 그냥 NO라고 말했습니다. 저는 그들의 태도에 매우 실망했습니다. 그리고 사이트를 확인했을 때 남은 객실이 많이 있었습니다.
모두가 알다시피 잔지바르는 휴양지입니다. 휴양지의 대부분 5성급 호텔은 비행 시간 때문에 체크아웃 시간을 매우 유연하게 운영합니다. 고객 서비스에서 5성급을 받을 자격이 없습니다.

JJane and Stewart정말 매혹적이었습니다. 오전 5시 도착부터 3일 후 출발할 때까지 우리는 믿을 수 없을 만큼 잘 보살핌을 받았습니다. 호텔은 공항 픽업을 준비하고 가볍게 두드리는 것만으로 문을 열었습니다(구 스톤타운의 좁은 거리에 있으므로 찾는 데 도움이 필요할 수 있습니다). 집 앞은 훌륭했고 피터는 우리를 보살펴주었습니다. 호텔은 골동품과 무성한 초목으로 가득한 분위기를 자랑합니다. 아침 식사는 옥상 발코니에서 제공됩니다. 여행을 계획하실 수 있습니다. 몇 가지 불쾌한 리뷰를 읽었지만 이유를 모르겠습니다. 청결도는 최고 수준이었고 환대는 훌륭했습니다. 행운이 있어서 방을 찾을 수 있기를 바랍니다. 우리는 3박을 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다.

ЕЕВА Л.Аутентичный отель в африканском стиле, окунает в африканскую жизнь. В номере в целом хорошо. Не было фена, но может есть по запросу. Подниматься в номера по лестнице, но с багажом помогают. Расположение хорошее, но до отеля надо будет пройти пешком минуты 2-3, машина не проедет.
