We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated. One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

위치는 SM에서 차로 5분거리입니다. 침대는 딱딱한쪽에 있습니다. 모든 호텔에는 기본으로 제공되는 바닥 매트가 없으며 바쁘기 때문에 물어보는 것을 잊어버렸습니다. 적당한 크기의 야외 수영장과 당구대가 있습니다. 아침식사는 빵이 없어서 그저 그렇습니다. 전반적으로 가격은 좋아요? 우리의 사소한 불만은 바 차우가 포함된 599의 맥주 버킷 프로모션이었습니다. 우리가 왔을 때 주방은 닫혀 있었고 더 이상 바 차우도 없고 심지어 땅콩도 없지만 가격은 그대로이고 직원들은 우리가 다음날 그것을 사용할 수 있도록 융통성이 없었습니다.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating and polite. The location is convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely consider coming back.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 스파 마사지도 괜찮았습니다. 다만, 스파는 매 시간마다 고객을 지정해야 하기 때문에 75분 서비스를 제공할 수 없으므로 1시간 서비스 중에서 선택해야 합니다.

One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

프런트 오피스, 하우스키핑, 레스토랑 직원의 훌륭한 서비스와 좋은 위치. 하지만 이 호텔은 객실의 청결과 유지 관리를 개선해야 합니다. 우리 객실은 선반, 환풍기, 모서리 아래에 거미줄이 가득했습니다. 욕실은 끔찍합니다. 탁한 물, 곰팡이가 핀 세면대와 샤워실, 오 세상에 변기는 정말 더럽습니다. 레인 샤워와 핸드헬드 샤워 모두 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 양동이와 스쿱을 빌려야 했습니다. 냉장고/미니바는 녹슬었습니다. 벽 페인트가 벗겨졌습니다. 린넨에 얼룩이 졌습니다. 빈대도 있는 것 같습니다. 우리 중 두 명이 다리, 손, 팔에 물린 자국을 발견했습니다. 유일하게 보완적인 요소는 직원 서비스입니다.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing. The staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating throughout my visit. The location is also convenient and accessible. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel and consider staying again in the future.

Great experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

The pale and bucket are slimy

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
