호텔은 시설이 완벽하고 위생적이고 깨끗하며 교통이 편리합니다. 아침 식사가 상당히 풍부하고 Ctrip이 다음날 호텔을 확인하지 않았기 때문에 다시 예약을 도와달라고 특별히 전화했습니다.

담맘에 출장갈 때마다 항상 이 호텔에 묵습니다. 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 객실 시설은 비교적 오래되었지만 호텔의 아침 식사 음식 선택은 비교적 간단합니다. 사우디아라비아의 경우), 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다.

객실은 규모가 크며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 방음 및 차광이 잘되고 냄새가 없으며 작업대가 길고 2 인용으로 충분합니다. 아침 식사는 풍부하고 아랍 및 서양식 요리로 출장에 매우 적합합니다.

I booked in the junior suite and the view was breathtaking.
Karan hotel has surpassed all expectations! It’s clean, and the front desk catered to all my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is quite efficient as it’s nearby to great restaurants and other recreational activities.

리리뷰어Dining at the Sheraton Dammam was a culinary delight. The variety of restaurants offered a wide range of delicious options, from local specialties to international cuisine, all prepared to the highest standards. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a vast selection of fresh and tasty items to choose from.
However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the housekeeping team, was met with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
Their willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to my stay and left a lasting positive impression. They were always ready to assist with any request, big or small, and their friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, offering easy access to various attractions and business centers in Dammam. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and attend my meetings without any hassle.
Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Dammam Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, delicious food, and, most importantly, the exceptional service from the dedicated staff, made it a truly memorable and happy experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dammam and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

MMohammadQ8I had a fantastic stay at Centro Corniche Khobar! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with a delicious specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable.
The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment. I would definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful team at Centro Corniche Khobar!

FFaka MazidatiGood Hotel & Good location. The concern in Reception during check in, the management should seperate walk-in booking and pre-booking. Because of that it’s delaying the process check in. Also the Management should seperate check in counter & check out counter also.
The food for breakfast so limited choice. The Staffs in the cafe should be more alert when seeing the people entering the cafe & prepare the table immedietly . Not answering Back that table was well prepared well in fact is lacking in the preparation
