'First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi?
