酒店前台人員非常熱情有禮貌，入住當天還贈送了禮物，很驚喜很感謝，酒店位置也很好，離超市很近，步行幾分鐘即可到達中心廣場，房間有暖氣很暖和，也很乾凈，一切都很好，值得入住.

Nice breakfast, convenient location very close to the attractions. But no parking inside the hotel, we need to find ourselves and a public parking Regina Maria needs 10 min walk from the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor requires us to take the luggage by stairs, no lift. And also air con is not cold enough, quite hot and stuffy in the room.

레지던스 센트럴 아나폴리스에서의 숙박을 좋아했습니다! 위치는 완벽합니다. 구시가지 한가운데에 있으므로 모든 것이 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 건물에는 이 고풍스러운 매력이 있으며 방은 깨끗하고 아늑하며 편안했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 내가 필요한 모든 것을 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. Braov를 방문하고 성격이 있는 중심의 곳을 원한다면 이것은 훌륭한 선택입니다!

O cazare destul de bună , cameră foarte călduroasă patul confortabil și micul dejun destul de bun . Aceleași chestii în fiecare dimineață dar puteai să alternezi . Destul de central de piață sfatului , cam 20 min de mers pe jos , iar parcarea pt mașina era asigurata . Recomand cu drag această pensiune . M am simțit f bine .

I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Here is why it stands out:
Twin Room Availability: This was a huge plus for me! It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage.
Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay.
Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.
Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.

호텔의 시설은 완벽하고 객실은 넓고 편안하며 아침 식사는 매우 풍부합니다. 가장 중요한 것은 직원들이 매우 친절하다는 것입니다. 프론트 데스크의 신사는 외부 교통 정보를 확인하는 데 어려움을 겪고 예약을 돕고 레스토랑 직원도 친절하고 사려 깊습니다. 매우 만족, 적극 권장합니다!

Stanza molto bella, dotata di ogni comfort . Peccato per il letto molto scomodo che faceva un sacco di rumore ad ogni movimento. Peccato anche per le finestre che affacciano direttamente sulla strada principale e bisogna chiudere sempre le tende per avere un po’ di privacy. Avrei gradito la presenza di una bottiglietta d’acqua per fare il caffè che era in camera con l’apposita macchina del caffè e bollitore. Rumorosa perche si trova appunto sulla strada ed è la prima casa affianco l’entrata principale del palazzo, quindi si sentiva ogni persona che entrava. Da migliorare e sostituire assolutamente il letto.

AAF2310This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area.
The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
The breakfast was ok for a mid-sized hotel, featuring warm and cold food.

리리뷰어My recent stay at Casa Moritz in Brasov proved to be a delightful experience. The hotel's warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel instantly welcome, and its location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Brasov's historic attractions.
The rooms, while furnished with somewhat dated pieces, offered comfortable and cozy beds with warm bedding, which was particularly appreciated during our stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the overall maintenance of the property was good.
One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room, which would have been a welcome addition for making a morning coffee or evening tea.
A small suggestion for improvement concerns the check-in process. The hotel uses a code entry system, which required calling the point of contact to obtain the access code. This could be streamlined by providing the code automatically after online check-in confirmation, saving time and making the arrival process smoother for both guests and staff.
Despite these minor points, Casa Moritz offers excellent value for money. Its combination of friendly service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Brasov.

CChristian SteinertRoom was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

AAnna b123This place was honestly really good value for money. Clean, comfortable and classically decorated, it was all you could want in a hotel. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) were all different and absolutely huge. It felt like being in a manor house - so if you want that classic european experience I would definitely reccomend. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasnt that consistent, but it was enough for a quick rinse.

리리뷰어Comfortable hotel. The male staff at night was friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning offered yogurt and hot chocolate as new breakfast items the next day after my special request. Much appreciated!
The downside is the location of this hotel is a bit far from the old town and we have to call bolt every time we go in and out.
We also expect a better cleaning of the toilet, but overall it is a nice hotel to stay.
