My stay at this hotel was outstanding, thanks in large part to Ramona's exceptional service with my reservations. She was incredibly efficient and accommodating, ensuring that everything was perfect for my visit. The room was comfortable, the facilities were great, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for Ramona's excellent service.

A wonderful stay! The location, the food, the service and the friendliness of the staff, as well as the hotel itself, are a dream! I would also like to mention Miss Soare Ramona, the person I contacted the most during my stay, who is truly a professional, but also a friendly and very polite person. At the same time, the hotel have an uncovered terrace, from where I had the opportunity to admire the city. I recommend this location to everyone!

Great staff, very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are really comfortable with well appointed. Hotel is new so looks great. Breakfast is great, the chef is amazing and knows exactly how you like everything. Great memory! Highly recommend.

This hotel is a more modern hotel but very well located to the old part of town. The service was good although we had asked for a wake-up call which never came. Fortunately, we woke up on our on. This stay was part of a Viking River Cruise and thus a good choice.

Modern hotel with generous rooms. Sleep quality is excellent due to the elegant and high quality furniture, pillows. Room and bathroom is very well equipped and spotless. The restaurant is offering few options, tasteful and nicely decorated. Will definitely return.

A lot of good things, but few of them made me to feel not so good. As i wrote inside this survey, from my point of view it is not acceptable to not have the swimming pool open. Was a partial information that the swimming pool is situated on the roof, but nobody stated in a clear way this detail. I came ready to swimm, and surprise...i used the swimming pool of ARO, although at Radisson I paid an important money amount for these 3 nights supposing that would be possible to...swimm

We enjoyed this visit very much! It is located at the center of Brasov. It’s new and everything inside is new also. Nicely designed a boutique hotel. Not big territory. Great swimming pool on the roof. Friendly staff. Breakfast is lovely. Thank you! Recommend

My daughter and I had an exceptional stay of two nights at this hotel located in the center of Brasov. Great welcoming staff, super clean and elegant rooms, well equipped, excellent bedding, great sound insulation. The whole hotel is a class apart. Breakfast buffet was excellent, opulent, for all tastes and diets. Will not hesitate to come back to it for our next stay in Brasov. We warmly recommend it as a first choice in Brasov.
