완전 좋아요!! 깨끗함은 물론이고 화장실 방안에 있는 방이랑 아닌방 가격이 똑같은데 가급적 화장실 안에잇는방 해야 편한것 같아요! 그리고 조식이 하이라이트인데 일반적인 조식 메뉴에 에그타르트가 나와서 에그타르트 배터지게 먹어서 좋앗어요! 그리고 체크인 다음날 저녁쯤 포트와인 한잔 무료로 먹을수 잇는 바우처 줘요 저는 시간 안맞아서 안썼지만 좋앙

직원들 너무 친절하고 호텔도 깨끗하고 침대도 너무 푹신하니 편했습니다! 3박있었는데 너무 만족했습니다! 관광지도 가깝고 너무 번화가가 아니라 오히려 좋았습니다

도착하는 순간부터 이번 숙박이 특별할 거라는 예감이 들었습니다. 공항에서 고급 재규어 차량으로 픽업 서비스를 무료로 제공받았고, 떠날 때도 다시 한번 픽업해 주셨으며, 시내 중심가까지 왕복 교통편도 무료로 제공해 주셨습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 진정한 VIP 대접을 받았는데, 다른 곳에서는 경험해 본 적이 없는 특별한 경험이었습니다. 제 항공편 시간이 호텔 표준 체크인/체크아웃 시간과 맞지 않았는데, 직원분들이 친절하게도 추가 비용 없이 얼리 체크인과 레이트 체크아웃을 허용해 주셔서 여행으로 인한 스트레스를 완전히 해소하고 더욱 편안하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다. 이러한 유연한 배려는 저에게 정말 큰 의미였습니다. 모든 직원분들이 놀라울 정도로 친절하고 전문적이었으며 진심으로 배려해 주셨습니다. 특히 리셉션에 계신 몇몇 분들의 성함을 여쭤보지 못해 죄송하지만, 정말 훌륭하셨고 칭찬받아 마땅합니다. 특히 토마스 씨는 정말 프로답고 친절했으며, 팀에서 가장 돋보이는 분이었습니다. 나중에 알고 보니 4일 목요일이 토마스 씨의 생일이었는데, 떠나기 전에 축하 인사를 전하지 못해 아쉬웠습니다! 위치는 완벽했습니다. 상점, 카페, 레스토랑이 가까워 포르투를 둘러보기에 편리하면서도 편안하고 여유로운 숙박을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고, 아늑했으며, 아름답게 정돈되어 있었습니다. 편의시설은 최고 수준이었습니다. 미니바, 차와 커피를 즐길 수 있는 전기 주전자, 고급 슬리퍼, 목욕 가운, 생수 등 모든 것이 세심하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 도착하자마자 환영 음료를 제공받았고, 객실에는 신선한 과일 트레이가 놓여 있었습니다. 모든 것이 세심하게 배려된 느낌이었습니다. 이 호텔을 진정으로 특별하게 만드는 것은 바로 세심한 배려입니다. 모든 서비스와 작은 부분까지 진심과 사랑, 그리고 진정성이 느껴졌습니다. 단순히 투숙객으로 대접받는 것이 아니라, 진정으로 보살핌을 받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 솔직히 말해서, 이 숙박에 대해 흠잡을 곳은 단 하나도 없었습니다. 호텔 재규어 포르투는 고급스러운 서비스와 진심 어린 따뜻함이 어우러진, 정말 보기 드문 곳입니다. 포르투에서 단순한 숙박 이상의 특별한 경험을 원하신다면, 바로 이 호텔을 예약하세요. 100% 추천합니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요. ✨👏

Our experience at Marquês Garden was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. This beautiful hotel, housed in a charming 124-year-old building, is full of character, history and elegance. Every detail makes it a special place to stay. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably maintained, with lovely views overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall quality of the facilities and service exceeded our expectations. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming, kind, attentive and professional. Their genuine hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would particularly like to highlight an extraordinary gesture from one of the gentlemen working at reception. Yesterday, we accidentally left a bag containing personal belongings and gifts for our family back home in Mallorca at a restaurant called San Valentim, in Matosinhos. When we explained what had happened, the gentleman at reception immediately took charge of the situation. He personally contacted the restaurant, arranged an Uber to collect our forgotten bag and organised its safe return to the hotel. He went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, showing remarkable kindness, professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. This is what true hospitality looks like. It is relatively easy to find a beautiful hotel, but finding a beautiful hotel with people who genuinely care about their guests is something truly special. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience and, above all, for the exceptional treatment we received. We wholeheartedly recommend Marquês Garden to anyone visiting Porto. One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

스페인 여행 중 포르투의 5성급 르네상스 호텔을 선택했습니다. 첫째, 시내 중심에 있고 거의 모든 명소를 도보로 방문할 수 있다는 점이었습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 간소하게 꾸며져 있으며, 칫솔이 제공되지 않는 점을 제외하면 호텔에는 뜨거운 물병, 슬리퍼 등이 완비되어 있으며 매일 무료 생수 1병이 제공됩니다. 호텔에서 공항까지는 경전철을 타고 짧은 거리만 걸어가면 됩니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 7:30부터 11:00까지 매우 정시이며 매우 풍부하며 매우 맛있는 포르투갈식 작은 에그 타르트를 맛볼 수 있습니다. 이번 스페인 여행 중 이 호텔은 유일하게 체크인 시 보증금 100유로를 요구했는데 체크아웃 후 48시간이 지나도록 환불되지 않았습니다.

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

숙소 위치 진짜 최고입니다! 공항에서 이어지는 지하철에서 내리면 2분 거리에 숙소있구요. 숙소 주변에 유명한 곳들 다 있고 상점들 많아서 새벽에 이동할때도 전혀 무섭지 않았습니다. 그리고 숙소 직원분도 진짜진짜 친절해서 기억에 남는 곳이에요. 다시 포르투 간다면 갈 것 같습니다.
