All is good except for a slow shower water. Ironically, the tap below the shower has more water than the shower. Perhaps it needs fixing. Food is simple. The room is cozy and has calm atmosphere. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay. We will be back again.

Very nice hotel. Just nice for us. Room size also just enough n room has a lot of storage. The carpet at corridor are new n clean. The tiles in bathroom n toilet are modern tiles. Very satisfied. Meet above our expectation

Check in and check out was breeze. The location nearby eateries and wide choices of food. A lot of car parks. There is also mart and laundy 24 hours nearby. I love the shower to the max! Really satisfying. The concept of the room is something new yet interesting. The cons were very weak level of soundproof and tv channel only has two channels.

Check in was fast with no dep charged. Hotel parking is limited in front of the hotel, but I was told if you come back late at night, guest can park behind the hotel. For some of the room, guest have to access through the door next to the restaurant(door can only be accessed using the access card). Only stairs available. Hotel is located on a shoplot with restaurant in the same row. Do note that the restaurant only opens in the morning til lunch. For dinner guest have to drive out. Room was small and basic, TV cannot be used, no channel is available. Towel was clean but very dated and in need of changed with thread coming out at the other end. Same goes to pillow cases which turned yellowish. Toilet was OK with good water pressure. However cleanliness could be improved (there's cigarette leftover under the sink) location wise was great, right in front of the Jetty Kuala Perlis where people took ferry to langkawi. Good for 1 night night stay for guest going/coming back from langkawi. 20 mins drive to Kangar.

A decent hotel for a short trip to Perlis. The price booked from Trip.com is cheaper than walk in. Front staff is nice. Easy check in & check out. They also have parking space for guest.

Great Stay for a 3-Star Hotel It’s actially bad at all for a 3-star hotel! The location is super strategic, making it easy to get around. I booked the deluxe room, and it was very spacious, which was perfect for a family of four. The cleanliness was and there’s also a smart TV too! The hotel also provides useful utilities like an iron and a hairdryer, which was really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay. Would recommend!
