방은 좋았고, 도시와 산의 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 눈보라로 인해 원래 예정보다 2시간 30분 늦게 호텔에 도착하게 되었는데, 호텔 측과 협의 후 친절하게도 저녁 식사 예약을 8시 이후까지 연장해 주었습니다. 장기. 비록 절차에 따라 요리가 하나씩 제공될 수는 없지만, 서비스는 여전히 표준에 부합합니다. 식사와 서비스를 지켜주셔서 정말 감사합니다. 저녁에는 전용탕으로 예약했는데 노천탕이 너무 좋았어요. 둘째 날의 아침 식사도 서양식과 일식으로 다양하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 친구들과 여행할 땐 샹펑을 적극 추천해요! 눈보라로 인해 마쓰모토 성 계획이 보류되었습니다. 저는 다음번에 이 국보 도시를 보러 마쓰모토에 올 예정입니다. 다음에는 Xiangfeng이어야합니다!

【교통】 입산 흑부 알펜 루트를 통해 이동했는데, 버스가 '히무카이 고원' 정류장에 내리면 호텔이 바로 맞은편이었어요. '시나노오마치 역'으로 가는 버스도 같은 정류장에서 탈 수 있습니다. 버스 시간표를 미리 확인하시거나, 호텔 프런트에 문의하시는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔에서도 무료 셔틀버스를 운행하지만, 가장 빠른 첫차가 10시 45분입니다. 【짐】 도야마 역에서 호텔로 짐을 바로 탁송했어요. 가격이 계속 오르고 있는데, (제가 갔던) 2025년 기준으로는 짐 한 개당 4,000엔이었습니다. 【환경 및 객실】 배정받은 방은 2층 트윈룸이었는데, 방이 넓어서 아주 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 작은 발코니도 있었고, 창밖으로는 숲 풍경이 펼쳐졌습니다. 【온천】 실내 온천과 야외 온천이 있었는데, 탕 크기가 둘 다 크지는 않았습니다. 계속 산을 오르내리느라 피곤했는데, 온천으로 피로를 푸니 정말 좋았어요. 【조식】 죽, 주먹밥, 신슈(信州) 특색 채소쌈밥이 있었고, 그 외에 일반적인 조식 메뉴와 과일, 빵까지 다양하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 【어댑터】 이 호텔에는 3구 플러그를 2구 플러그로 변환하는 어댑터가 없었습니다. 제가 여태껏 일본의 다른 호텔들에서는 볼 수 있었는데, 여기는 없더라고요.

매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 시설도 매우 좋고 룸 컨디션도 훌륭합니다. 조식 메뉴도 아주 다양하며, 위치도 아주 좋습니다. 나가노에 간다면 다시 예매를 할 것 같습니다. 코인 세탁실이 있어서 여행자에게 딱 맞는 호텔이네요.

나가노 도큐 REI 호텔은 이번이 두 번째 방문입니다. 나가노역에서 길 하나만 건너면 바로 있어서 하쿠바무라나 토가쿠시로 가는 버스를 타기에 아주 편리합니다. 식당이나 쇼핑 시설도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고요. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋았고, 객실 크기도 적당했습니다.

JR역에서 조금 멀지만 도보로 10분정도 거리에 있지만 아주 조용한 골목에 위치하고 있습니다. 근처에 #鱼の华銭堂 루이샹 마츠모토칸이 있습니다. 호텔에서는 무료조식과 자전거 3대를 빌려드립니다. 내 요구 사항을 충족합니다. 아침에는 햇살이 따뜻해서 자전거를 타고 마쓰모토성과 마츠모토 박물관 및 미술관을 방문했습니다.

이번에 정말 잘 머물다 갑니다. 늦은 체크인에도 다음 날 아침 식사는 물론, 호텔 카페 이용과 관광까지 모든 면에서 대만족이었습니다. 예전부터 꼭 묵고 싶었던 만평 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 객실 청결 상태도 나무랄 데 없었고, 직원분들 모두 친절하고 역시 프로다우셨습니다. 매년 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이며, 지인들에게도 꼭 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다. 음식도 모두 맛있었습니다. 잘 먹었습니다.

I’ve stayed at many ryokans throughout my travels—often making up half of each trip—but this one felt a bit different. It seemed to be run by just one person, who I assume is the owner. Everything was self-service, which might be understandable considering it was the most affordable option among the ryokans in the area. Most amenities required an extra fee, such as towels. Payment was made by dropping coins into a basket and making your own change, which wasn’t very convenient—especially since I didn’t carry much cash. One thing I appreciated was the luggage delivery service. I was able to leave my bag at the lobby before check-out and have it sent to Toyama Station (for about 4,000 JPY, cash only). What stood out was the creativity in the shared spaces. There were several common rooms designed for relaxing and spending time—perfect if you’re traveling with friends. You could play ping pong, read books, watch TV, or use the canteen, which had a microwave and dishes available. They even had coin-operated massage chairs and a small fitness room. However, I must mention two important downsides: 1. Limited nearby dining options – Many restaurants shown as open on Google Maps were actually closed. The only one that was open had extremely slow service—I waited nearly an hour for dinner. 2. Insects—large ones – Unfortunately, I encountered big insects in my room, which made it hard to sleep. (He even provided insect-catch tape for me while introduce the room) I stayed awake most of the night, worrying it might come back—especially stressful since I had to get up early the next morning to catch a bus to Ogizawa. Minds you, stairs only, need to carry your luggage down by yourself. Overall, while it offers good value for the area and has unique communal features, this ryokan may not suit travelers who prefer full service, cashless payment, or guaranteed comfort.

위치가 편리하고 호텔과 프린스 아울렛, 기차역을 오가는 셔틀버스가 있습니다. 호텔 동관과 서관 사이는 거리가 좀 있는데, 동관이 아이들 놀이 공간에 더 가깝고 정글 탐험은 아이와 어른 모두에게 적합합니다. 조식은 보통이었는데, 투숙객이 너무 많아서 그런지 다음 날 조식 인원과 시간을 하루 전에 전화로 예약해야 했습니다. 저희가 머무는 동안에는 6시 30분이나 9시 30분만 선택할 수 있었습니다. 객실 청소 요청 카드가 매우 직관적이지 않았습니다. 필요한지 아닌지를 직접 쓰면 되는데, 길게 주저리주저리 쓰여 있어서 오해의 소지가 있었습니다.

Provides shuttle services to Karuizawa Station (which is also where the factory outlet is). Super good service, all the staff members are so welcoming, nice and helpful, and they bid the guests goodbye the traditional Japanese way when we leave, such a warm touch. Very good breakfast with a super nice view. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable.

Hotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended.
