프런트 데스크 직원은 미소도 짓지 않고, 인사도 하지 않고, 여행객/고객을 환영하는 말을 건네지도 않았지만, 다른 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 하지만 호텔 안에서 처음 마주치는 사람으로서, 현관에 다다르자 친절한 벨보이가 짐을 맡아주고, 도어맨이 반갑게 맞아준 후, 이 젊은 여성분은 홍보/고객 서비스와 기본적인 예의범절을 '새롭게' 해 주시면 좋을 것 같았습니다!
호텔은 2023년에 리모델링을 했지만, 객실 카펫은 철저한 스팀 청소가 필요했습니다. 오히려 카펫 얼룩이 심해 매력적인 인테리어와 전체적인 인상이 손상되었는데, 진공청소기로는 해결할 수 없는 문제였습니다.
남편과 저는 매트리스가 불편했습니다. 저희는 단단한 것을 좋아하지만, 이 매트리스는 딱딱했습니다. 마치 판자처럼요! 저는 매트리스가 딱딱해서 잠을 잘 못 자고, 자주 뒤척였습니다. 이틀 이상 묵었다면 방을 옮겨달라고 요청하거나 '토퍼'를 추가했을 겁니다.
주변에는 괜찮은 레스토랑이 여러 곳 있었고, 활기찬 야시장도 있었습니다. 중심부에 위치해 있어서 툭툭을 타고 관광지로 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다.

Reception felt a bit overwhelmed especially during check in and check out hours. Housekeeping and security staff, however, are so friendly, always greeting, smiling, and being proactive. The rooftop restaurant is also quite pleasant.

Radisson Blu Chattogram has the potential to offer a world-class experience, but right now, it feels more like Radisson Black. There's serious room for improvement, especially in staff training and food & beverage offerings.
Royal Pearl Suites is truly a gem for travelers seeking comfort and luxury at an affordable price. The hotel boasts beautifully designed rooms with modern interiors, cozy bedding, and all the facilities you need for a stress-free stay. The staff are exceptionally courteous, always ready to assist with a smile, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The serene ambiance and excellent cleanliness standards create a homely yet elegant environment. Its prime location offers easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Highly recommended for a delightful and memorable getaway.
Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability.
However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

리리뷰어Lovely moderately priced property. Good airco, huge room, fridge in room ++, breakfast was very good, egg station, cornflakes (yes!), wide selection of local favorites. Service very very very good. Would go back. Now about the image, Velvita ‘topping’ was big at home growing up and it’s the choice of Vegans now (no bovine ever came close to this ‘food stuff’. Anyways, the Hitel is fine.
