Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.

Overall it was a good experience staying in Novotel Pekanbaru. In fact this is the third time I’m returning to put up this hotel. The fact that it is clean and the rooms are spacious and surely one of the best hotels along the street.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

호텔의 외관과 로비는 꽤 낡았고, 로비 소파는 낡고 더러워 보였다. 체크인은 오후 2시에 시작해야 했지만, 우리는 오랜 기다림 끝에 오후 3시 30분경에야 방을 받았다. 이 시간 동안 호텔에서 간식을 제공했지만, 여전히 불편했다. 긍정적인 점으로, 방 자체는 인상적이었고, 5성급 숙박 시설과 비슷했지만, 욕실의 청결은 평균 수준이었고, 특히 벽은 더 잘 관리해야 했다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만, 예외적이지는 않았고, 장소는 꽤 습했다. 그러나 직원들은 매우 정중하고 친절하여 훌륭한 환대를 제공했다.

Over all sangat baik sudah langganan nginap disini, mungkin pengaturan area parkir yang perlu ditingkatkan agar tamu bisa lebih nyaman terutama saat banyak acara, sedangkan parkir berbayar lho..

the room size is good,just nice for 2 of us.the bed was comfort and soft.the bathroom hot water not so good,took long time to get hot but still not so hot as we expected.there was no labelling of whether it is shampoo or bath soap.we requested iron but never come. the location was at city centre but not noisy as it was not in front of main street.you can go anywhere from the hotel especially STC Ramayana. the breakfast was not as we expected,too basic as what Cititel names should have.but the dining area was clean and spacious. the lobby was small and not enough sofa to seat while waiting for check-in,please improve on this!. the motorcycle parking is good but please put spotlight to make it brighter. overall was okey for us as we only spend time at hotel during sleep as day we outside at Pekanbaru city.

Recommended hotel to stay at Pekanbaru. Cleanliness is good. Modern & minimalist design The location is also good. The hotel allowed early check in with free airport pick up and drop off.

The hotel is ok. Sound proof is poor. You can hear sound from the corridor. Maintenance needs to keep up. The air-conditioner is leaking at the lobby area The staff is not taking action. Just acknowledge the issue.
