Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

Pertama menginap disini, tempat lokasinya agak sedikit jauh dari downtown, sesampai di lokasi berasa pindah alam dari keramaian-kesunyian-kemewahan, ada hidden paradise di ujung perjalanan.
Fasilitasnya sangat lengkap dan bersih
Makanan dan sarapan enak dan pelayan restonya sangat ramah dan tanggap

MmirainiVery strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here

Kkotaro8249Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

MMama pemberangBru kmren di puji bagus, pas ku post yg lagi sarapan, pas nginep ke 2 dpat kamar yg sdkit mengecewkan, dikamar awal salur tvnya komplit, pas booking ke 2 pindah kamar hanya bbrpa salurn tvnya, trus di kamar prtma itu air hangatnya berfungsi pas kali ke 2 nginap dsni air hangatnya gdak dan g berfungsi sampe anakku kedinginan pas mandi, dan wktu itu musim hujan. Padahala tipe kmar yang sama, malahan dapat harga kamar prtma lebih murh di aplikasi ini. Sejauh ini hotelny wort it dngan hrga segitu. Dibandingkan dri hotel2 yg lain, rncanya mau balek ke hotel ini lagi bsk2 kalo misalkan jalan2 ke PKU lagi, krna dsktrannya banyak makanan dan dekt dengan pust perbelanjaan Ramayana, cuman mau kasih masukan itu aj, diperhatikan lgi kmarny agar lebih baik untuk kedepannya. Sejauh ini yg lain bagus.

DDimas Ageng Mahardika지금까지 방 청소 시간이 오후임에도 불구하고 서비스는 꽤 좋고, 시설도 좋고 완벽하며, 가장 중요하게는 미니바가 있어 음료나 음식을 차갑게 보관할 수 있습니다. 조식이 포함되지 않은 객실을 예약했기 때문에 음식은 먹어보지 못했습니다. 금연실은 흡연을 하지 않는 방문객을 위한 공간이기도 합니다. 비행기가 이륙하는 모습을 볼 수 있어 전망이 너무 좋습니다. 최대한 빨리 다시 머물 예정입니다.

SStizaThe exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.
