For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

위치는 정말 최고였습니다... 시내와 가까웠고, 호텔 뒤편 아케르셀바(?) 강변을 따라 흥미로운 레스토랑들이 있었습니다. 하지만 이 레스토랑들은 대부분 규모가 커서 제 취향이 아니었습니다(아래 참조). 오슬로 중앙역까지 걸어서 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 호텔 자체도 매력적이었고, 로비도 멋지게 꾸며져 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들의 서비스에 실망했습니다. ”리셉션 관련” 업무에 바빠서 도시의 흥미로운 지역들을 이야기할 시간이 거의 없었습니다. 프런트 데스크에는 종종 직원이 없었습니다. 또한 호텔에 딸린 바/레스토랑은 저녁 시간까지 문을 열지 않았고, 근처에 레스토랑이 있긴 했지만, 대부분 넓고 개방적인 공간이었고 ”따뜻하지” 않았습니다.

No regrets choosing this hotel for stockholm. The view right outside the hotel is breathtaking! We were greeted by this spectacular scenery every morning. Wished we could stay more days here. My family room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all, my family had a good time here. One thing to take note, it would be so more easier if you drive as the hotel is located uphill. Though the metro is just nearby, it is going to be difficult i.with a luggage.

어머니와 저는 스칸디나비아 여행 중 묵었던 네 곳의 호텔 중 이곳이 가장 마음에 들었다는 데 의견이 일치했습니다. 1️⃣ 객실이 넓어서 71cm짜리 캐리어 두 개를 펼쳐 놓았는데도 움직일 공간이 충분했습니다. 2️⃣ TV에서 유튜브와 넷플릭스를 볼 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 긴 하루 관광 후 호텔로 돌아와 유튜브를 보며 식사하는 것은 정말 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 3️⃣ 객실에는 소파와 테이블이 있어 식사나 휴식을 취하기에 편리했습니다. 4️⃣ 매트리스가 푹신해서 아주 편안했습니다. 5️⃣ 바닥에 제빙기가 있었고, 셀프 서비스용 플라스틱 용기도 제공해 주는 세심한 배려가 돋보였습니다. 6️⃣ 직원들은 친절하고 항상 웃는 얼굴이었습니다. 앞서 언급했듯이, 저희는 이 호텔에 매우 만족했습니다. ⚠️ 하지만 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 창밖의 플랫폼이 공사 중이었다는 것입니다. 모든 면에서 정말 실망스러웠습니다. // 저희는 4층 420호에 체크인했습니다. 정오쯤 체크인을 하고 창밖으로 시멘트를 운반하는 파이프가 있는 공사 현장이 보였는데, 소음이 매우 심했습니다. 하지만 낮 시간이었기 때문에 호텔에서 적당한 시간에 공사를 진행하는 것이라고 생각하고 대수롭지 않게 여겼습니다. 그런데 다음 날 아침 7시 30분쯤 창밖에서 다시 공사가 시작되어 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 7시 30분은 공사를 하기에 적절한 시간이 아니라고 생각합니다. 프런트 데스크에 가서 항의했지만, 직원들은 대수롭지 않게 여기고 문제를 심각하게 받아들이지 않았습니다. 오히려 더 화가 나고 실망스러웠습니다. 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만, 프런트 데스크에서는 같은 층에 다른 방향에 있는 방 하나만 남아 있고 소음이 덜할 것이라고 했습니다. 저희는 객실 키를 들고 위층으로 올라갔는데, 두 객실 모두 방향이 똑같았고, 창밖 플랫폼은 여전히 ​​공사 중이라 소음이 매우 심했습니다. 이 때문에 매우 불만족스러웠습니다. 30층이 넘는 이렇게 큰 호텔에 빈 객실이 하나밖에 없다는 게 말이 됩니까? 추가 요금을 내고 다른 객실로 바꾸는 것도 고려해 봤지만, 프런트 데스크에서는 마땅한 해결책을 제시하지 못했습니다. 작년에 파리의 한 호텔에서는 정전이 발생했는데, 호텔 측에서 다음 날 바로 숙박비를 환불해 줘서 매우 만족스러웠던 기억이 납니다. 만약 곧 이 호텔에 묵을 계획이라면, 공사 소음이 엄청나니 절대 추천하지 않습니다.

화려한 색상의 체인 호텔로, 중앙 기차역에서 도보 5분 거리에 있어 기차 환승이 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 조식은 연어와 노르웨이산 브라운 치즈가 무제한으로 제공되는 등 훌륭했습니다. 전반적인 서비스도 매우 좋았습니다. 단점이라면 객실이 다소 작고 편의시설이 기본적인 수준이라는 점입니다. 유럽인과 미국인 투숙객이 꽤 많았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

우선, 저와 아기가 짐을 3개나 가져갔는데, 리셉션 직원이 전혀 도와주고 싶어하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 체크아웃을 했을 때, 매우 친절하고 열정적인 리셉셔니스트를 만났습니다. 호텔의 입지가 좋고, 비용 효율성이 높습니다. 이 가격은 일본에서 사는 것보다 훨씬 편안해요.

숙박하기에 완벽한 호텔이었어요. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 도움이 많았어요. 체크아웃 후 야간 버스를 타야 했는데, 직원들이 친절하게 헬스장 샤워실도 이용할 수 있게 해줘서 정말 기뻤어요. 덕분에 활력을 되찾을 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 직원들이 집처럼 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 배려해 주셔서 정말 즐거웠어요. 조식도 훌륭했고, 무료 저녁 식사도 매일 다른 메뉴로 나와서 좋았어요. 오후에는 간단한 간식과 커피를 즐길 수 있는 피카(Fika) 시간도 마련되어 있었어요. 모든 고객을 위한 서비스와 헌신에 감탄했습니다.

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.
