Great location! Excellent restaurants around (remember to try Demaio fresh made pasta with organic ingredients in front of hotel!). Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore! Highly recommend this hotel! Big room, big bathroom as in USA standards!

위치는 바 지역에서 버스로 몇 분. 외관은 낡았지만 내부는 매우 깨끗하고 깨끗합니다. 침대 이불도 푹신푹신하고 천천히 잤습니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 있으므로 무언가 부족해도 즉시 쇼핑 할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 많지는 않지만 충분합니다. 게다가 아주 맛있었습니다. 다음으로 산 세바스티안을 방문 할 때도 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

누마드 스튜디오는 사실 장기 투숙객이나 학생들에게 더 적합한 곳이었고, 호텔 같은 느낌은 아니었습니다. 어떤 사람들은 이런 점을 좋아할 수도 있겠죠. 단기 투숙객(3박)으로 묵으면서 호텔 투숙객처럼 방에 생수 한 병, 수건 여러 장, 수건을 걸 수 있는 고리 같은 편의 시설을 기대했습니다. 하지만 예상치 못한 상황이 벌어졌습니다. 방 주변에 비계가 설치되어 있었고, 창문 높이에서 공사하는 인부들 때문에 소음이 끊이지 않았습니다. 첫 번째 불편 사항에 대해 설문조사를 통해 의견을 제출했는데, 다음 날 아침 8시에 또 공사 소음 때문에 잠에서 깼습니다. 하필 체크아웃 날이었습니다. 떠날 때 프런트에 이 사실을 알렸더니, 투숙객의 만족도를 확인하기 위해 미리 알려주는 게 좋겠다고 했습니다. 좋은 의도였지만, 첫 번째 불편 사항은 장거리 하이킹 후였고 (이때는 바로 설문조사를 통해 의견을 제출했습니다), 두 번째는 체크아웃 당일 아침에야 알게 되었습니다. 그때는 프런트에서 해줄 수 있는 게 별로 없었을 것 같습니다. 하지만 공사가 진행되는 곳, 특히 작업자들이 객실 창문 근처에서 작업하는 경우에는 투숙객들이 공사 상황을 알고 있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 도심으로 가는 교통편은 편리하지만, 이곳은 병원과 IT 회사/교육 기관들이 밀집해 있는 외곽 지역입니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗했고 교통도 편리했지만, 분위기가 부족했습니다. 업무나 학업 때문에 이 지역에 머무른다면 괜찮겠지만, 그렇지 않다면 시내와 더 가까운 호텔을 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 게다가 예약했던 방이 없어서 넓은 스튜디오 대신 사실상 두 개의 방이 붙어 있는 객실을 제공받았습니다. 적절한 대안이었지만, 특히 그 방이 비계가 설치된 곳에 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Stay: 2 nights in February 2026 Review: 1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. 2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor. 3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all. 4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable. 5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work. 6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

Hotel y habitación bonitos. El café de abajo bastante rico. Ubicación excelente. Calefacción regulable desde la habitación silenciosa y eficienciente. La única pega es que el colchón era algo duro y que nos pusieron en una habitación con baño adaptado para minusválidos.

A very new & clean hotel. Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.  Journey is abt 15-20mins.  Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it. Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel. Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**
