펜션을 찾기 쉽고 직원들은 매우 도움이 됩니다. 침대는 편안합니다. 커피와 차를 사용할 수 있습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗합니다. 유일한 어려움은 모든 손님을 위한 욕실이 하나뿐이라는 것입니다. 비수기라 큰 어려움은 없었지만 성수기에는 문제를 상상할 수 있습니다. 펜션은 산세바스티안의 구시가지에 있으므로 가장 그림 같은 부분을 방문하는 것은 인근 마을을 방문하는 것과 마찬가지로 쉽습니다. 현지 음식은 훌륭합니다. 이 펜션을 적극 추천합니다. 당신의 돈을 위해 우수한 가치. 바스크 지방의 이 부분을 탐험하기에 가장 좋은 기지입니다.

Great location! Excellent restaurants around (remember to try Demaio fresh made pasta with organic ingredients in front of hotel!). Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore! Highly recommend this hotel! Big room, big bathroom as in USA standards!

호텔 위치는 해변에서 두 블록, 도보로 5분 거리에 있어 좋습니다. 지상 및 지하 주차장이 모두 있어 편리합니다. 객실 청결도는 괜찮지만, 세면도구는 샴푸와 샤워젤이 한 종류밖에 없어 다소 아쉽습니다. 조식은 과일이 풍성하게 제공되어 괜찮습니다. 산세바스티안의 바다 전망은 정말 아름답습니다. 특히 밤에는 더욱 멋진데, 동쪽으로 걸어가면 상징적인 ”조개껍데기” 모양의 해안선을 볼 수 있습니다.

Stay: 2 nights in February 2026 Review: 1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. 2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor. 3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all. 4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable. 5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work. 6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

Great hotel and location, clean, provides all the amenities, great service and has a lovely coffee shop at the reception too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. One small improvement I would suggest and this is just personal preference, not something that should deter someone from booking, it would be great if there was a fridge in the room so you could keep drinks cool whilst you are spending time there.

호텔 콰르티에에서의 숙박은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 문을 들어서는 순간부터 마치 집에 온 듯한 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 정말 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 너무 좋아서 오래 머물렀는데, 침대 위치도 완벽했습니다. 이곳에서의 경험은 절대 잊지 못할 거예요. 아침 식사도 정말 맛있었고, 정성이 듬뿍 담겨 있다는 걸 느낄 수 있었습니다. 별 다섯 개 만점을 드리고 싶어요. 앞으로도 계속 이렇게 좋은 서비스를 제공해 주세요. 빌바오에서 저에게는 마치 집처럼 편안한 곳이었습니다.

A very new & clean hotel. Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.  Journey is abt 15-20mins.  Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it. Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel. Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

객실은 매우 좋았고 고급스러운 느낌이었으며, 환영 샴페인도 제공되었습니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스는 친절하며, 레스토랑 예약을 도와주고 다양한 정보를 제공해 줍니다. 조금 아쉬운 점은 방에 큰 거울이 없어서 몸 전체를 볼 수 없다는 점입니다. 이곳에 머무는 동안 전신거울도 없이 옷을 입어보며 스타들이 무슨 생각을 할지 궁금하네요.
