피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 베드퍼드셔 호텔

Had a lovely stay. Placed at the top facing the airport and watched many airplanes take off and fly over. My room was e er so clean and had a very comfortable sofa to sit down on which was very appreciated when I was so tired. The shower was lovely and hot and complete with all I needed to wash my hair, & even Conditioner included!! Shower gel, soap and body lotion was also included in the bathroom along with two jumbo sized towels and two hand towels. Plus one floor towel. Two teabags, two coffees and a little sugar with two milks were also included in the room which I did feel was a little lacks. Four mulks min should be in the room. I asked for more and was given about 8. So I cant complain really about what was in the room, when if you ask your given plenty!! The bed was so comfy and a TV placed infront of it with many channels to watch. Blackout blind which was great for keeping bright light out until I was ready to welcome the morning into my room. Breakfast was amazing!! Everything you could ask for and more!! Felt so spoilt!! Evening meal too was nice. I honestly couldn't fault any part of my stay. The staff were lovely and wver so welcoming, plight and made me feel I was looked after if I needed anything. The hotel was clean in every single part!!! I will for sure stay here again when I need to ho on holiday or return.

나는 전에이 방에 머물렀기 때문에 귀하의 제안에 따라 수페리어 룸을 예약하고 지불했습니다. 그러나 나는 초라하고 작은 방 14번을 받았습니다. 14번과 15번은 더 이상 보고 싶지 않은 손님을 위해 예약된 것 같습니다. 친절한 안내 원의 설명은 호텔이 완전히 예약되었다는 것이 사실이 아닙니다. 그녀는 샴페인에서 실용적인 선물로 상황을 보충하려고 노력했지만 밀실 공포증이 있는 방과 긴 여행 후에 큰 여행 가방으로 접근하는 어려움은 불쾌했습니다. 호텔은 내 복장에 따라 나를 잘못 판단했습니다. 비록 내가 그들의 마사지와 그들이 사용하는 제품과 마찬가지로 매우 전문적인 얼굴 마사지 서비스를 사용할 계획이었지만. 7년 전에 오래된 모든 것이 이제 7년이 더 오래되고 훨씬 더 낡았습니다. 아침 식사는 소박하지만 건강합니다. 그들은 한때 스파 정원에서 자란 더 신선한 허브를 사용할 수 있었고 지금은 잡초가 무성합니다. 손님은 접시와 안경을 잔디밭에 두고 가는데 아무도 즉시 데리러 오지 않습니다. 스파에는 나이든 여성이 도움을 주기 위해介入하는 주말을 제외하고는 조직이 부족하여 문제를 더 빠르고 효율적으로 해결합니다. 객실 유형에 대해 고객을 속이는 것이 공정하지 않기 때문에 실망합니다. 방은 아무것도 부족하지 않고 정기적으로 청소되었지만 냄새 나는 화장실 옆에 있었고 도착시받은 임시 카드에 표시된 대로 슈페리어 룸을 약속했지만 표준 방을 받았습니다. 그러나 나는 그곳에서 30년 동안 열심히 일한 여성을 칭찬해야 합니다. 그녀가 서비스를 홍보하지 않아도 친절하면 좋을 것입니다. 시설과 주변 환경을 개선하지 않으면 특별히 방 스위치 후에 돌아올 이유가 없으며 가격 차이가 없습니다.

이른 비행기라 하룻밤 묵었습니다. 런던에서 묵는 것보다 훨씬 가성비가 좋았습니다. 홀리데이 인의 퀄리티는 언제나처럼 훌륭합니다. 레스토랑 저녁 식사는 맛있고 가격도 저렴합니다. 아침 식사는 4시 30분부터 시작합니다. 따뜻한 음식은 6시 이후에나 제공되지만, 5시 아침 식사는 다양한 메뉴가 있습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 공항과 가까워서 걸어서 10분밖에 걸리지 않는다는 것입니다.

매우 도움이되는 친절한 리셉션 직원, 우리는 메인 레스토랑에 갈 수 없었기 때문에 같은 사이트에 있던 ”Willows”라고 불렀습니다. 방은 사랑스럽고 깨끗하고 편안한 거대한 침대와 욕실의 멋진 샤워 시설이었습니다. 아침에 아침 식사는 뷔페 였고 신선한 음식으로 끊임없이 채워졌습니다. 사랑스러운 조용한 설정은 확실히 돌아올 것이지만 우리가 수영장을 이용할 시간에 도착했는지 확인할 것입니다.

The location is excellent. went to reception as only 1 towel was in the room. Asked for another set, which was promised to be delivered. Did not arrive. so two people had to use one towel. Breakfast is decidedly average at best

외부의 사랑스러운 호텔 버스 정류장은 공항에서 15-20 분 정도 오르막을 걸을 수 있습니다. 기차역에서 걸어 갈 수 있지만 케이스가있는 가파른 경사이지만 이른 비행을위한 빠르고 쉬운 호텔도 포함되었습니다. 아침 식사 그러나 이른 비행으로 이용할 수 없었습니다 w

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.
