바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 영국 에식스 호텔

이상적인 위치. 직원들의 친절하고 정중한 체크인. O2 아레나 행사로 급하게 진행되어 레스토랑을 이용할 기회가 없었습니다. 샤워 헤드가 고정된 위치에 머물지는 않았지만 방은 숙박하기에 충분했고, 물을 내릴 때 변기에서 물이 튀었고, 주전자 근처에 사용한 티백 등을 넣을 수 있는 통이 있으면 좋았을 것입니다. 다음 날 아침에 떠나기 전에 방을 확인했는데 침대 밑에 강아지 장난감이 있어서 도착하기 전에 제대로 청소되지 않은 것이 분명했습니다.

The hotel is in a great location on the cliffs above the sea front. Everything was very clean and staff friendly and polite. We particularly liked the outside terrace area at the front of the hotel. We arrived by train and it is about a 15 minute walk from the station. Didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Would certainly stay here again if we are ever in Southend on Sea.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and tidy. Food is amazing especially their breakfast. I was happy my room was on the ground floor coz i don’t think there is a lift. I has a nice view from my window too. Will definitely recommend. Worth my money.

제가 가장 좋아하는 스탠스테드 공항 호텔입니다! 직원들은 항상 환영하며 오전 4시부터 시작되는 최고의 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 객실은 편안하고 샤워 시설은 아름답습니다. 수건에는 플란넬도 함께 제공됩니다.

호텔은 꽤 좋았지 만 침실은 너무 뜨겁고 외부는 더 시원했습니다. 고맙게도 방에 사용할 팬이있었습니다. 불행히도 나는 같은 예약에도 불구하고 같은 층에도없는 여행 동반자 근처에 방을 얻지 못했습니다. 내 문(방 16)의 자물쇠가 제대로 작동하지 않아 밤새 의자를 그 위에 올려 놓았습니다. 내 방의 표준 램프가 작동하지 않았습니다. 방과 침대는 매우 편안하고 깨끗했으며 1층에 있음에도 불구하고 주차장 바로 옆에 있어도 다른 손님이나 차에 방해받지 않았습니다. 레스토랑은 바쁘고 약간 조급했지만 직원들은 유쾌했고 저녁 식사로 선택한 완전 채식 옵션은 매우 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았지만 내가 선택한 식물 기반 요리 옵션은 뜨겁게 할 수있었습니다. 셀프 서비스 기계의 커피는 정말 좋았습니다.

다음날 아침 일찍 공항에 가야해서 묶었던 호텔입니다 구글맵에서 도보로 30분이라고 해서 걸어갔는데 알고보니 고속도로 위를 걸어야 했어요…밤이라 눈에 안 띄고 걸어갔던 거 같은데 진짜 식은 땀 흘렸어요;;; 공항에서 운행하는 버스 5파운드 정도로 탈 수 있으니까 버스 타시는 거 추천할게요. 그리고 방에 들어 왔는데 드라이기가 없어서 드라이기가 없다고 카운터에 문의를 하니 있는데 못 찾는거 아니냐며 그냥 돌려보냈습니다. 그래서 방을 다시 뒤지고 내려가서 없다고 하니 그제야 가져다 줄 테니 기다리다더군요. 하지만 그 와중에도 사과는 한 마디 없었습니다. 그치만 시설이 나쁜 건 아니고 공항이랑 가까우니 아침 일찍 이용하셔야 한다면 추천 드려요. 조식도 4시부터 먹을 수 있고 공항 가는 버스도 4시부터 30분 간격으로 이용할 수 있었던 것 같습니다.

This was my first stay here and was satisfied with the whole experience, the rooms are located within a few meters of the main hotel reception. I did like this concept as i didn't need to keep walking through the hotel reception area to come in and out the hotel and the rooms felt more private. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

What I love about this hotel is the conveniece to Southend airport, only few mins walk. It’s basic but clean and tidy, also it provides soft bed and pillows to guarantee you of a goodnight sleep. Coffee is available at the reception area if you need to check out too early for your flight. Great experience and would definitely stay again whenever I have another flight from SEN.

Everything was fine in till I open the window and the who thing came off meaning the window fall out and I was with my family on the 5th floor and it’s a family room 518 so that was dangerous for my family to be fair so please sort it out asap before someone makes a fat claim

Price was competitive, however the location is surrounded by road works, herras fencing and temporary footpaths. The TV signal was poor, making it unwatchable. The cistern in the toilet was running all night. I won't be back
