바 시설을 갖춘 영국 에식스 호텔

크리스마스 당일에 호텔에 체크인했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했고 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 하지만 조식 레스토랑 직원들은 매우 불친절했고, 패밀리룸의 추가 침대는 매우 불편했습니다.

We had a luxurious large room on the top floor overlooking the sports fields. It was immaculate. Had the pleasure of going to the bar and the lobby lounge. Both very enjoyable. Friendly quite well trained staff very impressive.

Price was competitive, however the location is surrounded by road works, herras fencing and temporary footpaths. The TV signal was poor, making it unwatchable. The cistern in the toilet was running all night. I won't be back

많은 역사를 가진 훌륭한 호텔이며 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 친절하고 친근한 직원. 불행히도 적절한 시설이없는 두 개의 객실을 예약했습니다. 한 방에는 온수가 없었고 다른 방에는 고장난 샤워 시설이있었습니다. 불운이 있었을 수 있었고 호텔 경영진이이 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 의심합니다.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is ideally situated with lovely sea views, and the cleanliness throughout was absolutely spotless. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and very good value for money. Our room was comfortable and well cared for, and the whole place had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere with great attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a faultless stay.

제가 가장 좋아하는 스탠스테드 공항 호텔입니다! 직원들은 항상 환영하며 오전 4시부터 시작되는 최고의 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 객실은 편안하고 샤워 시설은 아름답습니다. 수건에는 플란넬도 함께 제공됩니다.

No air conditioning so very humi and hot in room. Toilet was hard to flush. Plugs too far to charge on a table or stand. You need to unplug things to get closer. Overall better than the travel lodge and Premier inn nearby.

사랑스러운 현대적인 방. 훌륭한 젖은 방. 우리는 화장지가 다 떨어졌고 방에 다른 것이 남아 있지 않았습니다. 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 객실에 헤어 드라이어, 다리미 및 드레싱 가운.  호텔 화재 경보기는 건물을 대피하기 위해 오전 7시에 깨어 났을 때 확실히 작동했습니다. 보안은 문제를 매우 빨리 분류했으며 손님은 방 중 하나에서 불을 켜주었습니다. 무료 인 수영장 한증막과 스파를 사용했습니다.  주변 부지의 좋은 전망과 함께 아침 식사에 다양한 음식. 큰 주차장 무료

I would have given a high score but the sheer noise, disruption and pure havoc caused by disgusting residents having fighting matches in the rooms and corridor close to our room made the stay horrible. The staff were great I trying to deal with terrible guests but the noise still continued and doors regularly slammed hard. Didn’t sleep well at all 

나는 아이들과 함께 마지막 순간에 밤을 예약했습니다. 애프터눈 티와 하룻밤. 애프터눈 티는 맛있었고 나는 완전 채식 식당으로 정말 잘 먹었습니다. 그랜드 홀은 애프터눈 티를 위한 아름다운 설정이었습니다. 아이들도 음식을 좋아했습니다. 샌드위치는 아이들에게 훨씬 간단했고 얼마나 맛있는지 기준으로 몇 초를 얻었습니다. 우리 방은 크고 소파 베드와 유아용 침대가 있었습니다. 우리는 놀이 공간, 야외 체스, 불, 청소부 사냥 및 피트니스 트레일을 포함한 부지에서 노는 것을 즐겼습니다. 내 아들도 정원에서 축구를 하는 것을 좋아했습니다. 그는 목표가 설정되어 있다는 사실에 흥분했습니다. 우리는 Fox Bar에서 저녁을 먹고 그 후 Grand Hall에서 음료를 마시고 카드 놀이를했습니다. 다음날 아침 조식은 맛있었습니다. 우리는 연못에서 새끼를 발견하게 되어 정말 기뻤습니다. 그들은 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 아이들 없이는 다른 경험을 하기 위해 파트너와 하룻밤을 보내고 싶습니다.
