'객실은 깨끗하고 밝았으며, 편안하고 아름다운 분위기였습니다. 가격 대비 객실 상태는 10점 만점에 9.5점이었습니다.
하지만 서비스와 관리는 실망스러웠습니다.
새벽 1시에 객실에 헤어드라이어가 없는 것을 알고 프런트에 요청했습니다. 경비원이 담당자에게 연락했고, 담당자는 모든 직원이 이미 퇴근했다고 알려왔습니다. 다음 날 아침 헤어드라이어가 필요하면 프런트에 적힌 번호로 WhatsApp 메시지를 보내달라고 했고, 우리는 알겠다고 했습니다.
다음 날 아침 10시에 WhatsApp 담당자에게 연락했는데, 우리 객실은 자기네 관리가 아니라는 답변을 받았습니다. 고객센터에 전화도 해봤지만 아무도 받지 않았습니다. 더 심각한 것은 상황을 설명했는데도 WhatsApp 담당자는 정확한 연락처를 알려주기는커녕 ”모르겠다”라고만 답했다는 것입니다.
솔직히 특정 직원을 탓하려는 건 아니지만, 우리 방이 해당 관리 구역에 속하지 않는다면 왜 카운터에 그 번호가 그렇게 눈에 띄게 표시되어 있었을까요? 오해를 불러일으키고 불필요한 혼란을 야기했습니다.
결국 예약 페이지에서 다른 연락처를 찾아 직접 전화를 걸었습니다. 담당자는 헤어드라이어를 바로 보내주겠다고 했지만 10분이 지나도 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 다시 카운터로 내려가니 직원이 ”지금 좀 바쁘니 다시 올라가세요. 직원이 방 밖에서 기다리고 있습니다.”라고 말했습니다. 마치 우리를 빨리 내보내고 싶어서 핑계를 대는 것 같았습니다. 왜냐하면 방으로 돌아갔을 때도 아무도 없었기 때문입니다.
결국 헤어드라이어는 오전 11시가 되어서야 받을 수 있었습니다. 헤어드라이어 하나 배달받는 데 한 시간이나 걸린 건 정말 어이가 없었습니다.'

Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.

SShimchimHad a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable.
Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨
Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

익익명 사용자호텔은 번잡한 도로변에 위치해 있지만, 호텔에 들어서는 순간 마치 완전히 새로운 세상에 온 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 차분하고 아늑하며 따뜻한 분위기가 호텔 전체를 감싸고 있었습니다. 직원들은 모두 훌륭했고, 특히 프런트 데스크의 카우실리야 씨는 최고였습니다. 객실에는 다양한 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 불편함 없이 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 단점이라면 헬스장이 조금 멀다는 점뿐이었습니다. 호텔 경영진에게 찬사를 보내며, 다음 이포 여행에도 꼭 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

리리뷰어I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

PPrince8Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again.
Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong.
When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe.
There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power.
Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.

LLShannonWe travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful.
The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow.
Will definitely recommend this place to others.
The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.
