I booked this for my boss, and he has nothing but good words to say about this hotel. Totally awesome!

El cuarto estaba bastante sucio, con cabellos en la regadera y el baño sucio, el papel de baño muy delgado y tienen una tecnología para apagar las luces que es “inteligente”, por alguna razón el cuarto no estaba bien sincronizado, llamamos a mantenimiento y de igual manera tuvimos que dormir con luces encendidas. Adicional a esto no tienen estacionamiento con convenio, por lo que hay que pagar adicionales $120.00 Mx por día para poder usar el estacionamiento de la plaza.

호텔의 위치는 무료 여행에 적합하지 않으며 상대적으로 멀리 떨어져 있으며 멕시코의 교통 체증으로 시간을 제어하기가 어렵습니다. 자율 주행에 매우 적합하며 더 세련된 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮습니다.

just opposite to an upscale shopping center (Artz) and very close to another shopping center Perisur. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and quiet, very convenient. The picture is the view from my room.

A super good experience stay in Santa Fe.

객실은 넓고 아름다웠으며, 독립광장이 바로 앞에 보였습니다. 아침 식사는 푸짐했고, 단품 메뉴도 있었으며 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 근처에 세븐일레븐이 있었고, 길 건너편에는 중국 음식점도 있어서 매우 편리했습니다.

아파트는 고급 커뮤니티에 위치하고 있으며 매우 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있습니다. 방은 크고 편안하며 예술성이 강합니다. 제가 좋아하는 타입입니다. 호텔에 머물고 싶다면 아파트 방이고 자체 지원 시설이 없습니다. 하지만 외출할 때 있을건 다 있고 식당도 많습니다.

나는 이곳에 대한 아름다운 추억과 많은 사랑을 남겼습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 친절하며 전문적입니다. 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔이며 머무는 동안 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 했습니다. 나는 다음 여행에서이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것입니다. 염두에 두어야 할 한 가지는 이 지역의 교통량이 많을 수 있으므로 비행기가 있는 경우 지연을 피하기 위해 일찍 출발해야 합니다.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.
