I recently stayed at your hotel and had an unforgettable experience thanks to the outstanding help of one of your staff members, Miss Yan. During my stay, I visited a nearby mall for dinner and accidentally left my passport there. I didn’t realize it was missing until the next morning when I was preparing to leave for my flight. Panicked, I went to the reception for help, where I met Miss Yan. Despite having just finished a long night shift and being due to go home, she selflessly stayed behind to assist me. She went above and beyond—calling the taxi driver I had used, contacting the mall’s management, and even reaching out to McDonald’s (where I had dined) to locate my passport. Her kindness and dedication were incredible. As I don’t speak Chinese, her ability to communicate fluently in English was a huge relief, and she seamlessly translated for me when speaking to local staff. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to recover my passport and make my flight. Miss Yan’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help in a stressful situation are a true testament to the high standards of your hotel. I highly recommend this hotel because of employees like her—people who genuinely care about guests. Miss Yan deserves recognition for her exceptional work, and I hope the world knows how lucky your hotel is to have her. 雖然幾易其主，但目前應該算是灣址最好的酒店了吧。酒店環境很好，毗鄰東湖，服務也熱情主動，預訂時備註了要求無煙房，到店的時候也主動與我確認做了無煙處理。房間衞生還不錯，看得出來在設計上也用了些心思，特別是衣帽櫃的位置用了軟布面，有效降低衣架撞牆的噪音，而且在洗臉池旁還特意配置了一次性的毛巾，床頭櫃上也放了消毒濕巾，還送了歡迎水果。美中不足就是先天原因導致的把房間很小，所以每次回來空調未開之前都會有些許的味道，而且隔音確實也有提升的空間，像遇到有一些沒什麼素質的客人，早上6點就開着門大聲喧嘩的時候，能喚醒整層住客。還有值得一提的就是這種價位的酒店早餐真的品種算豐富的了。

This is an older property, but for me perfect location. It was in walking distance to the Chery Technology building, OJ, and corporate offices. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very good, and coffee was good to very good. The staff is excellent. The rooms are older, but comfortable, the bed and pillows were great...I was happily surprised. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues and definitely not in a wheelchair. Sure they have elevators, but the access to restaurant is by short staircases. The rooms have bathtub showers, not walk in. What I liked is that had a sizeable hotel gym, and for me, quiet and everything I needed. Again, good breakfast and excellent staff. The price is very affordable.

This hotel is excellent. The location is very convenient with great access to public transport, and there are plenty of useful facilities in the surrounding area.

로비와 레스토랑은 에어컨이 없어서 매우 더웠습니다. 발코니가 닫혀 있어 문을 열 수 없습니다. 목욕 수건은 없고 손수건만 있고 아주 낡았습니다. 아침식사 쿠폰에는 식사 시간이 7시~9시 30분이라고 나와 있는데 8시 55분에 식당에 갔는데 식당에 접시가 하나도 없고 다 치워져 있었어요. 라면을 만들려고 방으로 돌아가는데 뜨거운 물 주전자가 없었습니다. 프론트에 전화해서 물어봤는데 프론트에서 주전자가 부족하다며 직접 아래층으로 내려가서 물을 길어오라고 하더군요. 이번 경험은 지난 여름과는 많이 다릅니다.
