Enjoy a wonderful experience in this spacious townhome. 3bd+loft/2.5ba townhome with amazing views out of almost every window in the house. Once you enter through the garage, there is a master bedroom with private bathroom on your right. On your left you will find a large sectional so you and your friends/family can spread out, relax, and watch some tv or just enjoy the gas fireplace. After your day of hiking, biking, and enjoying the beauty of Moab come back home and mix up some coctails or prepare a meal in the open kitchen. Just outside of the living/dining area is the fabulous patio area, there you can enjoy your morning coffee or night cap. Upstairs you will find 2bd+loft area and a bathroom. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out. You will find a sofa (with pullout bed) and television in the loft area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twins. This area also has a fullsize bathroom to share. Plenty of space to park your cars or toys in the 2 car garage. Room in driveway for another car or 2. Welcome to our little oasis in a desert. Surround yourself with style in this modern townhouse. Our townhouse has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have a king-size bed. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower. The other one has a shower/tub combo. The ground level has a kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, and two patios. The back patio has our own hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities of Rim Vistas condos include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. The community pool and hot tub are seasonal/weather-permitting facilities and are closed in the off-season. We have two assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers and jeeps. First come first serve. Our townhouse is located only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park. Dead Horse Point State Park is only 39 miles west. This prime location places you within minutes of some of the world’s best scenic drives, National Parks, mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing. We did put lots of love into decorating this oasis in a desert. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.Disclosures: The shared hot tub and pool are open seasonally.
