It was a great stay overall. The location was perfect. It was near the center of Dublin. But was set in a quiet neighborhood just outside it. It is a doable walk to a park set along the water. I loved the Medieval Theme. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The dual shower heads are a nice setup. .Request a view of the front of the hotel. The only potential negative is the distance from the airport and the train.

We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city. The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41. The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes. The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly. The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol. Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours.

I decided to ditch staying in the city centre based on my below par experiences there on my last trip. When looking on Trip.com, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Dalkey was the same price as several dorm rooms in the city centre when I looked. Getting there from Dublin Airport was relatively straightforward. I took and Aircoach from the airport to Dalkey/Ulverton Road and then walked for about 15 minutes. Up to the hotel entrance. The hotel is fairly old fashioned but personally I found it very charming. The staff were well-trained in the art of hospitality, the rooms were clean, locals were in and out of the bar, restaurant and leisure centre. Furthermore, the room was spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. The tv had a nice range of channels and the bathroom had a working shower and an abundance of towels. One thing missing was a toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit. I was told that you can get slippers on request as well. Get the breakfast. It’s €16 and it’s a buffet style with a delicious selection of hot and cold food. There’s rashers, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, the works. I wish I could’ve eaten more! I loved that they had a wide range of ages working there as well. One of the staff tripped when she went to ask if everything was ok and she said ‘I’m fine, I’m falling for you!’ It was then that I knew that I was home. The leisure centre is one of the best I’ve come across in a while. I’ve stayed in so many places where it’s literally an empty room with a few bits of old equipment but they had loads of weights, treadmills, bikes, etc. They do classes and physiotherapy as well. The pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. Plenty of ages in both as well but it wasnt overcrowded so you’ll get a few lengths in if you want. Lastly, make sure to go for a walk about Dalkey and the surrounding areas. I spent the morning walking down to the Vico Baths, the Forty Foot (both swimming locations) and passed through Dalkey Village. Plenty of people will be out with their family and friends whether it be for a walk, bike ride, swim or a coffee and a chat. Ditch Dublin City and say yes to Dalkey!

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. There is a shuttle to the airport that the reception staff will book for you upon check in. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight the next day.

Knowing The Address from Dubai, I knew I could expect quality. Located on a main road across Connolly station, the train noises were only noticeable on the outside. As we arrived very early we accepted the first available room after an hours wait in the beer garden. We don’t normally accept twin rooms but as I was unwell we took it. A clean, classy, modern room, in comparison to which the bathroom with a bath looked a bit outdated. But the room had our fave rooibos tea! The hotel has ample F&B choices: a bar, cafe, restaurant and a ‘beer garden’ - a cute one too with useful heaters on the wall. Service in these areas however lack protocol, which we always seek in hospitality. The gym situated at the end of the premises is a public one, which means there’s non-hotel resident traffic through the corridors. It took us a moment to realise and a confirmation from the concierge that the hotel also houses ‘temporary residents’ evident from my fellow smokers in the beer garden and the children in their school uniforms having their breakfasts in one of the bar areas. We didn’t expect this from The Address chain. It reflects the reality Ireland is coping with. I booked this hotel the night before boarding the ferry at Dublin Port. Found the location good and amenities met my needs. There is a bar restaurant that sometimes gets busy so booking could be a good idea.

리모델링이 끝나면 좋은 숙박이 될 것 같지만 그때까지 기다려 보세요. 처음 예약했을 때는 하드 록 호텔이었습니다. 제가 도착하기 약 1주일 반 전에 NYX가 건물을 인수했습니다. 두 회사 모두에서 이에 대한 통지를 받지 못했습니다. 호텔은 약간 오래되었고 재장식 공사가 진행 중이었습니다. 직원들은 NYX에서 고용한 사람으로 호텔에 익숙하지 않거나 새로운 경영진의 정책에 익숙하지 않은 이전 직원인 듯했습니다. 예를 들어, 두 객실 모두 내 문의 수동 체인 잠금 장치가 작동하지 않았고 데스크 직원은 어떻게 된 일인지 이해하지 못하는 듯했습니다. 그들은 즉시 작동하는 수동 잠금 장치가 있는 객실로 옮겨 주었지만, 객실에 혼자 있는 여성으로서 왜 잠금 장치가 필요한지 이해하지 못하는 듯했고 직원들이 내 프라이버시를 존중할 것이라고 확신시켰습니다. 예약한 다른 객실의 사람도 장애가 있었지만 옮기고 싶어하지 않았습니다. 다음 날, 하우스키핑이 문을 두드려도 대답을 기다리지 않고 그의 객실로 들어왔습니다. 안에 있는 사람은 막 옷을 갈아입고 있었습니다. 그 외에는 경영진 교체로 아직 해결되지 않은 사소한 문제들입니다. 예를 들어 객실과 엘리베이터의 카드 스캐너는 새 것 같고 여전히 까다로워 보이며, 리셉션 직원은 객실의 NYX 세탁 영수증에 있는 세탁 정책을 읽지 않았습니다. 영수증에는 오전 8시까지 찾으면 오후 6시까지 돌려준다고 적혀 있었지만, 그녀는 다음날이 될 수도 있다고 말했습니다. 영수증에 픽업하겠다고 적혀 있을 때 세탁물을 리셉션 데스크로 가져오라고 했습니다. 직원들은 사실 정말 훌륭했고, 제가 지적했을 때 당일 세탁을 받았습니다. 새로운 경영진의 오해의 소지가 있는 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로, 그들이 정착하고 리모델링할 기회를 가진 후에 여기에 머물 것을 추천합니다. 그들은 이미 하드록 장식을 철거하기 시작했고, 오래되고 밝은 색상의 카펫과 벽도 다시 할 것으로 예상합니다. 새로운 경영진과 재장식에 대한 알림을 받지 못했기 때문에 그에 대한 알림도 없을 것 같습니다.

My husband and I had been planning this trip to Dublin for quite some time. And when we found this beautiful boutique hotel online, we were so excited. As soon as we arrived And checked in, there was a lot going on in the lobby area, so it was a little overwhelming. We saw a lady at the desk, but we weren’t sure that she actually worked there because she didn’t greet us. Didn’t even look our way. It seemed like she had a general disinterest or disdain for us being there. I asked, “Is this the front desk to the hotel?” To which she responded in a monotone voice, “Yes.” I was shocked that this was the first impression of the hotel that we were getting. What made it worse was that my husband was told that we needed to put a card on hold and he proceeded to tap his card thinking that it was like all the other places we had been to in Ireland. But it didn’t work. Several times he tapped it and it showed nothing. He asked the lady, “does your tap work? Do you have tap?” To which she replied a curt, “no.” Mind you, she was standing there the entire time and could see the entire situation. This interaction was such a bummer, and this made our short trip to Dublin feel a little sour.  To be honest, not all of the stuff was like that morning. We woke up to get a coffee downstairs, and the gentleman that works at the coffee bar was very warm. A young Spanish speaking man. He was absolutely amazing; patient and willing to answer any questions About the items on the menu And the different pastries available.  Overall, the hotel was a mixed bag. It had a very chic vibe but outside of that lovely gentleman, their customer service can definitely improve!

저는 더블 룸(싱글 베드 2개)을 예약했는데, 거기에 싱글 소파가 놓여 있었고, 소파 베드로도 변환이 가능해서 3명이 자기에 충분했습니다. 일회용품(슬리퍼, 치약, 칫솔 등)은 본인이 직접 가져와야 하는 것을 제외하고는 다른 편의시설은 완벽히 갖춰져 있습니다. 객실에는 헤어드라이어, 다리미, 커피 머신, 전기 주전자, 냉장고, 유도 조리기 2개, 주방용품, 전자레인지, 식기 세척기가 갖춰져 있습니다. 근처에 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 객실에서 아침, 점심, 저녁을 요리하는 데 문제가 없습니다. 이 객실에는 편안한 식사를 위해 둥근 테이블과 의자 3개가 있습니다. 객실은 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 시트, 베개, 이불이 매우 편안했습니다. 호텔은 우리가 방문하고자 했던 세 곳의 명소에서 도보로 약 10~15분 거리에 위치해 있어, 호텔이 도심에 있지는 않지만 매우 편리하다고 생각합니다. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 다음에 더블린에 간다면 저는 여전히 여기에 머물 것입니다.
