Nice apartment! The boss is kindhearted with passion. The other staffs are also easy to talk with. I enjoy the time staying there. Very close to the old port. It's a pity i forget to take more photos.

도시 전망이 보이는 트리플룸을 예약했습니다. 인테리어는 좋았지만, 문을 열자마자 에어컨에서 끔찍한 냄새가 났습니다. 방 크기는 괜찮았지만, 책상 위에 장식 조명이 너무 많아 개인 소지품을 놓을 공간이 부족했습니다. 투숙객들이 소지품을 놓을 수 있도록 책상 공간을 더 확보해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 호텔 위치는 구항구 모퉁이에 있어 바스티유 데이 불꽃놀이를 보기에 편리했습니다. 로비에는 무료 생수가 있고, 객실에는 전기 주전자와 캡슐 커피가 비치되어 있습니다. 하지만 냉장고는 찾을 수 없었습니다. 호텔 측에서 에어컨 청소와 냄새 관리에 개선을 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

솔직히 말해서, 우리는 방이 얼마나 오래되었는지에 상당히 실망했습니다. 분위기가 너무 칙칙하고 에어컨도 90년대 그대로예요. 하지만 좋은 점은 전용 주차장이 있어서(하루에 €15를 추가로 지불해야 함) 우리가 차를 실내에 주차하고 더 안전하게 느낄 수 있다는 것입니다. 그러나 나는 우리가 다음 번에 돌아올 것이라고 생각하지 않습니다. 우리가 온라인에서 본 사진은 전혀 다릅니다 ㅋㅋㅋ

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

호텔 자체는 시설, 청결도, 위치 모두 훌륭했습니다. 유일한 단점은 ”사무엘”이라는 이름의 불친절하고 거만한 접수 직원의 응대였습니다. 저는 골반 질환이 있어 샤워 시설이 있는 방이 필요했고, 예약 확인서에도 명시되어 있었습니다. 그런데 이 직원은 제가 원래 예약했던 방으로 바꾸려면 180유로를 추가로 내야 한다고 정중하게 요구했습니다. 결국 그는 할인을 해 주어 80유로에 이용할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 공용 공간은 거동이 불편한 사람들을 위한 시설이 갖춰져 있지 않았습니다.

서비스는 좋고 직원들은 항상 도움이됩니다. 좋은 위치; 말 그대로 입구 앞, 항구와 가까운 트램 정류장, 건물 뒤의 지역은 약간 스케치 된 것 같습니다. 아침 식사로 특별한 것은 없습니다.

숙소 서비스 준비가 늦어 체크인이 지연되었습니다. 프론트 데스크 접수원은 방이 준비되었을 때 우리에게 알려주지 않았습니다. 편의 시설은 좋고 깨끗하여 긍정적인 피드백을 받을 자격이 있었습니다. 이 호텔은 아름다운 경기장 옆에 위치해 있어 축구 팬들에게 매력적이었습니다.

Tres bon hôtel et un très bon accueil  ! J'y ai passé un sejour avec ma fille et tout était parfait , les chambre dans le jardin sont tres agreables, le lit confortable, la salle de bain très grande également. Cet hôtel est tres beau, et assez atypique avec ses différents bâtiments et le grand jardin au milieu. Le parking propre à l'hôtel est un vrai plus !  Et pour finir le petit dejeuner fut parfait ! j'espere pouvoir revenir rapidement ! 

Trip에서 예약한 객실 유형이 호텔에 존재하지 않습니다. 바다 전망을 예약했는데 주어진 방에 바다 전망이 없어서 방 변경을 요청한 후, 우리는 수영장과 선착장이 내려다보이는 발코니가 있는 방을 받았습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋습니다. 선택의 폭이 넓으며 품질이 좋은 제품이 있습니다.

Hôtel très bien situé pour aller voir un match au Vélodrome ou visiter la ville. Hall d’accueil sent super bon, eau fraîche et thé à disposition gratuitement à l’accueil. Le personnel aimable Un petit point négatif :Porte des chambres à changer pour mieux insonoriser la pièce pour d’entendre les discussions dans le couloir et que la lumière ne soit visible quand toutes les lumières de la chambre sont éteintes. Dans l’ensemble séjour très agréable
