The hotel was truly excellent and very clean in a way that makes you feel at ease. The room size was nice and comfortable, and it was well taken care of throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dharam, who was extremely helpful, polite, and respectful. Anything we requested was delivered quickly and with a smile. It’s a hotel where you can feel comfortable even during a long stay — trustworthy and 100/100 in cleanliness.

파티 지구인 Juffair에 있었는데 12층에 있어서 운 좋게도 호텔의 다양한 나이트클럽에서 소음이 들리지 않았습니다. 옆집 쇼핑몰에는 많은 것이 없지만 위치는 대부분의 장소와 매우 가깝고 편리합니다. 나는 가족과 함께 여기에 머물지 않을 것이지만 1 박 환승에 적합합니다.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 일찍 도착했고 즉시 우리 방에 체크인 할 수있었습니다. 객실은 지나치게 화려하지는 않았지만 필요한 모든 것. 교통 소음이 상대적으로 심해서 귀마개를 가져오는 것이 좋습니다!

제가 겪었던 최악의 경험 중 하나였습니다. 예약하신 이유가 무엇인가요? 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 첫날 밤에 물이 새서 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요. 물방울 떨어지는 소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 방을 바꿔주셨는데, 다음 날에는 위층 화장실에서 물이 새서 제 방 화장실로 떨어졌어요. 정말 역겨웠습니다. 직원에게 항의했더니 더 큰 방으로 바꿔주겠다고 했지만, 저는 그런 건 신경 쓰지 않았어요. 중요한 건 그런 더러운 문제니까요. 결국 공용 화장실을 이용했는데, 오늘 밤 제 방에 오줌까지 쌌어요. 정말 불쾌했습니다. 주말 내내 기분이 안 좋았고, 발코니에는 비둘기나 새똥이 가득했어요.

Housekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement. Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door. Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark. Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.

Actually I booked for the standard room but they give us standard studio room but when I booked there is no worte studio room…. It’s not a good… because of that it’s very uncomfortable….

This hotel is centrally located at Juffair and is a good for business travellers.The room was large enough and the amenities were good.The restaurant was good serving all kinds of cuisines and the morning breakfast was a mix of western and Arabic. The construction work on the approach road makes the access to the hotel a bit difficult.You may not be able to walk out from the hotel due to this construction.Overall a good hotel and would return if i ever visit Bahrain again.

Only good thing is location. I booked a bigger room but I was sent to a smaller room stating that this room is less noisy and the actual room, I booked, is noisy due to party or DJ going on on ground floor. I believe it was highly unprofessional. Breakfast was a scam as well. No buffet.

Расположение отеля хорошее. Номера хоть и требуют ремонта, но очень большие, прибывание было комфортным. Персонал очень вежливый! При заселение вас проводят до вашего номера и помогут донести ваши вещи, что очень приятно. Есть бассейн и спа.
