리리뷰어모든 편의 시설을 갖춘 아름다운 집! 우리 가족은 돌리우드와 가틀린부르크 시내에서 긴 하루를 보낸 후 축구를 보면서 온수 욕조와 슈팅 수영장에서 저녁을 즐겼습니다. 패트리어트 파크는 차로 매우 짧은 거리에 있으며 하루 종일 트롤리 패스를 $3에 구입할 수 있습니다. 위치는 완벽합니다! 발코니와 거실에서 아름다운 산의 전망을 감상할 수 있지만 여전히 모든 것에 가깝고 오두막에 도착하기 위해 곡선 산길을 여행하는 것에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다!

리리뷰어I booked this Hotel for 6 older ladies to experience Pidgeon Forge. The Location couldn't be better. The rooms are very nice size and the bathrooms are great. All six of the ladies loved the hotel. Now with six older ladies we had some very picky ladies and they loved it. Great places to sit and talk in the lobby, two fire pits to sit and talk if it is chilly out side. Lots of pools and to use. The keep the buffet clean and refilled. One of our ladies is going to bring her whole family there for a family get together because she loved this place so much. I really and honestly don't feel you will be disappointed if you stay here. The staff is great there is always someone at the front desk which I lliked because I had questions. I can't say enough good things about this place but thank you for doing such a great job.

리리뷰어The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

리리뷰어I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

SShanghaixinBW에 살기 위해 Dawu Mountain에 가십시오. BW 호텔에는 많은 객실이 있으며 위아래로 편리합니다. 중간 수영장도 큽니다. 그날은 비가 많이 내렸고 다음날 산에 올라 산에 안개가 많이 끼었습니다. 사실, Dawu Mountain의 풍경은 Zhejiang과 Fujian에서 많이 있습니다. 매우 평범하지만 뒤에있는 Blue Ridge Highway는 정말 좋습니다.

리리뷰어The room was clean. We found the bed to be uncomfortable, it was hard. The lock to the balcony would not lock. At breakfast the eggs had so much water on the plate we had to soak it up with napkins and the hot cereal was not done. We were in the 2cnd building and when we got back to the room on me years we had no place to park. We had to park at a business down the street and walk back

리리뷰어우리는 보통 호텔에 머물며 여기에서의 첫날 밤은 즐거웠습니다. 서비스는 좋았고 방은 깨끗하고 ‑이 채워졌으며 킹 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 그러나 방 자체는 약간 비좁은 느낌이 들었고 욕실은 우리가 익숙한 것보다 훨씬 작았습니다.
우리의 가장 큰 문제는 주차장 소음이 매우 커서 휴식을 취하기 어려웠던 두 번째 밤에 왔습니다. 긍정적 인 메모에서 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 확실히 우리의 기대를 충족 시켰습니다.

ZzachedelicThis place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience.
I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay.
The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room.
We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

ММакс МаксовOverall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother.
During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression.
The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided.
One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time.
For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣
Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.
