'The room was clean. We found the bed to be uncomfortable, it was hard. The lock to the balcony would not lock. At breakfast the eggs had so much water on the plate we had to soak it up with napkins and the hot cereal was not done. We were in the 2cnd building and when we got back to the room on me years we had no place to park. We had to park at a business down the street and walk back'

리리뷰어The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

리리뷰어I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

SShanghaixinBW에 살기 위해 Dawu Mountain에 가십시오. BW 호텔에는 많은 객실이 있으며 위아래로 편리합니다. 중간 수영장도 큽니다. 그날은 비가 많이 내렸고 다음날 산에 올라 산에 안개가 많이 끼었습니다. 사실, Dawu Mountain의 풍경은 Zhejiang과 Fujian에서 많이 있습니다. 매우 평범하지만 뒤에있는 Blue Ridge Highway는 정말 좋습니다.

HHrishi MenonWe stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

리리뷰어우리는 보통 호텔에 머물며 여기에서의 첫날 밤은 즐거웠습니다. 서비스는 좋았고 방은 깨끗하고 ‑이 채워졌으며 킹 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 그러나 방 자체는 약간 비좁은 느낌이 들었고 욕실은 우리가 익숙한 것보다 훨씬 작았습니다.
우리의 가장 큰 문제는 주차장 소음이 매우 커서 휴식을 취하기 어려웠던 두 번째 밤에 왔습니다. 긍정적 인 메모에서 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 확실히 우리의 기대를 충족 시켰습니다.

리리뷰어Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

ZzachedelicThis place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience.
I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay.
The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room.
We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

ММакс МаксовOverall, the hotel appears to be well managed, and it was nice to see the staff working together and supporting one another. I especially appreciated not having to wait several hours for check-in, which made the arrival much smoother.
During my stay, some areas of the floor were under renovation. While this is understandable, there was a noticeable smell and visible signs of ongoing work, which slightly affected the overall impression.
The room itself felt quite cool, and there were a few small details that could be improved. The coffee machine wasn’t working, a hair dryer was not available in the room, and there was a noticeable draft coming from the window. I also noticed a black hair on the bed upon arrival. On a positive note, an iron was provided.
One thing I did appreciate was that coffee and tea were available in the lobby most of the time.
For a 4-star hotel, 🫣🫣🫣
Overall, this hotel could be a good option if alternatives are limited, and with some attention to details, it has the potential to offer a more comfortable stay.

리리뷰어This is older facility that could use some updates; however location by stream and within walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg is excellent. Room was average but needs attention given to room windows, balcony was dirty (windows, chair, floor). Windows in elevator dirty also. Just needs attention to detail.
