(For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: Fireplace is non-working. It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. This does include not having any fires in the fireplace. The cleaning company charges a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out: LateNote: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Vrbo policy.
