房間雖然不大，但很乾淨舒適。有提供洗衣機與烘衣機，可以免費使用。洗衣精需要check in 櫃檯旁的商店購買。預訂的房間有附早餐。但餐廳沒有相關紀錄。花了一點時間與櫃檯服務人員來回確認，才不用再付早餐的費用。服務人員態度都很好。

Wow, this stay was fabulous! I stayed for 2 nights and I knew it would be great because BJ's Restaurant was literally less than 2 minutes away by walking! They were festive for Halloween in the lobby! In the morning, I indulged in their breakfast. They had a waffle maker, assorted fruits, juices and water with lemon. The rooms are very clean and all your amenities are there; they do not have their travel sized take home amenities which is great to me. They have refillable lotions, shampoo, conditioner etc... I would stay here again and again!

I LOVE staying at the Aloft in Lubbock! The atmosphere is so zen and calming, and the beds make you feel like you don't want to leave. I love how quiet it can be and you're right there in the midst of all the things to do! Loads of places to eat

We really enjoyed the location to the stadium. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel. The friendly welcome and easy check in process. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

나는 먼저 직원들이 훌륭했고 우리가 가진 문제를 수용하는 데 도움이 되었다고 말하고 싶습니다!!!!! 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다!!!! 침대도 푹신하고 베개도 푹신해서 마음에 들어요!!! 내가 이 호텔을 선택한 주된 이유는 실내 수영장과 온수 튜브/운동실 때문이었습니다. 실내 수영장은 좋았지 만 뜨거운 튜브가 가열되지 않아 우리는 가열 될 때까지 기다리는 것을 포기했습니다. 운동 공간은 공사 중이지만 여전히 액세스할 수 있습니까??? 나는 운동 공간이 건설 중이 아니고 요금과 직원이 굉장하면 여기에 다시 머물 계획입니다! ! !

Had a funeral to attend and hotel was close to all events. It gave me a hot breakfast ever morning and two drinks every night. The indoor helped my ache and pains and it was warm pool. For a sad situation I was very comfortable.

아침 식사, 음료 및 음식은 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절했습니다. 호텔 자체는 졸어야 합니다. 끔찍합니다. 아마 30년 전에 좋았을 것입니다. 방의 문틀이 녹슬었습니다. 손잡이 바 주변의 욕조에 많은 코크가 있습니다. 가구가 너무 경고했습니다. 끔찍해 보였다. 의자와 소파는 고대였습니다. 이것은 내가 누구에게나 돌아갈 것이거나 추천할 호텔이 아닙니다. 등급이 어디에서 왔는지 확실하지 않습니다.
