We called ahead to make sure there was a Tesla charger at the hotel. Whoever she talked to said to wait while she checked. She came back and said it was red and white and said Tesla. It is not and did not say Tesla. It is a universal charger and requires an adapter. Fortunately we had ours but we froze our a____ off trying to get it to work. After a while a maintenance man came and said the number 1 station did not work try the other station. We finally got it to work ver slowly. It would take 8 hours to charge. The staff said to go to Best Buy which was not a good idea.
We called the front desk several times with no answer. When we went down to unload our luggage we were told our key would work to let us in the side door. It did sometimes but others I would have to walk around to the desk. When I could find someone they would fix it. Not necessarily so.We learned to not trust the keyand one of us would hold the door open while the other unloaded our things. We noticed other people blocking the door with luggage or other items.
The only reason I did not give this a totally miserable was the breakfast. It was very well done and the lady in charge was very kind,helpful, and friendly. The best staff member they had.
When we got ready to check out I could not find anyone except a young pre-teen girl lying on the floor behind the desk. She did not know where anyone was. I pushed the button several times and finally the woman came and checked me out.
