샌드 듄스 리조트 & 스파(Sand Dunes Resort & Suites)

I requested a suite and it look like a nightmare from hell. The halls were ranked with the smell of pee and smoke. Then they gave me a tiny room with no accommodation and said it’s ocean view! I didn’t care about a view we needed space for my husband and my 2 children. Horrible stay. And I have been all over the world and Myrtle beach, the worst stay. Will never go back. I booked through ******* and they could get a hold of the front desk and when I went down there wasn’t anybody there around 7pm.

The stay was ok. Need upgrades bad it was just ok. The game room was like 7 games. The room I didn’t sleep undercover. I alway bring my own blankets do to thin spreads on bed. No roomservice or cleaning only request swap out of towel. Pizza bar was closed. But the fireworks for new year was the best part.

It was good just need upgrades on the room the pictures online didn’t match how the room looked

Located about 4-5 miles from main attraction areas. Security concerns as these are separate buildings without a front reception and easily accessible by any outsiders roaming the immediate area.

Staff was supper friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to stay there again.

The waterpark was shutdown. The inside of our room floor was so dirty my feet were almost black from.walking feom the ahower to my bed. The shower doors were broken sonwe couldnt slide them to take showers. The parking garage isnt connected so it was a pain to keep walking from.building to building. I liked that the deposit was only a dollar and the room included a kitchen , small living room area and balcony . Overall for the price was ok if your only passing through and staying ine night.

This place is amazing. More than enough room for everything. Everything about the room was great, from room size to the decor. They nailed it.

Not as it appears…Check in we had to call and change the reservation name, something that has never been an issue in the 10+ years I have stayed at hotels all over the country. Towels are not provided at the pool. You had to get them front the front desk. We requested, staff were rude and did not provide the requested amount. Then when returned, used scissors to pick them up. Roaches were in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. One I can overlook but not multiple. No linens for the pull out couch. When requested, staff were rude again and informed that we had to go and get it as no one was available to bring it. On arrival to registration desk, there were 3 individuals there doing nothing that were clueless when told we were there for linens. No extra toilet paper was provided when we ran out. We had a 3 bedroom suite with 11 women. Constant **** smell in elevators as well. Worst stay ever.

When you choose a room when it says it has a View in The Ocean that might mean a partial view. So watch what you’re looking for.
