Enjoy your stay at this beautiful newly renovated duplex. It has 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a basement which includes a foosball, bumper pool, boccar ball table and board games for the kids. Very warm, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting home. Location is just 1.6 miles away from the ark encounter. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries just a few miles away as well.Just a note : All Bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bathroom with shower. The stairs leading to upper level are steep and may be difficult for people who have mobility issues. Enjoy your visit in a comfy, spacious apartment on the second floor of historical main street district. We are 5 minutes from the Ark and within walking distance to boutiques antique stores and restaurants. The unit is on the second floor and it has 2 beds and a pull out sofa sleeper, with a single cot on site. Washer and dryer are available and pets are welcome with a $50 cleaning fee.
