few cons: no heater but hot water was provided. The bathroom hand shower was not working and there was no place to keep soap and shampoo bottles. pros:
Restaurant Food was delicious 😋 Parking and security services were good. Recommended to book AC rooms in case you are looking for suggestions.'

Welcare Business Hotel 객실은 코지코드 여행자들에게 편안함을 제공합니다. 호텔은 Railway Station Bus Stop에서 단, 3km 정도 거리에 있고, 캘리컷 국제공항에서는 단, 34km 정도 거리로 가까워 이동이 편리합니다. 스리칸텟와라 템플, V K 크리슈나 메논 인도어 스타디움 캘리컷, MASJID IBRAHIM 등 인기 관광지들이 근처에있어, 편리하고 다양하게 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다.
'Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights.'

리리뷰어Park residency, kuttiady my stay at park residency, kuttiady was a mix of positives and negatives. Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

리리뷰어It's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

리리뷰어훌륭한 숙박! 나는 최근에 Sea Queen Hotel, calicut에 머무르는 기쁨을 누렸고 내 기대를 초과했다고 말해야합니다. 방은 넓고 깔끔하고 깨끗하여 긴 하루를 보낸 후 편안한 휴양지를 제공했습니다. 레스토랑은 맛있는 음식을 제공했고 옥상 레스토랑은 내 체류의 하이라이트였습니다. 코지코데 해변의 전망은 훌륭했고 저녁의 시원한 바람은 긴장을 풀고 긴장을 풀기에 완벽한 장소였습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 편의 시설, 아름다운 전망 및 따뜻한 환대로 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 다음 숙박을 기대합니다!

bed and linens- clean and comfortable. Housekeeping- good and prompt. Location- very good. Both bus terminus & railway station are close. Markets also close. Wifi- not very dependable. Needs attention and improvements. Recommended for business travellers.

리리뷰어Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

리리뷰어I am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room.
This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
