Our son was chosen to play the champion cup in Llanelli on the weekend. So we had to come from Paris and looked for the best possible to come for the day. We decided to fly to Bristol and rented a car to Llanelli. Very Late arrival at the reception, a guy was very friendly to welcome us. The room was very clean and big, the bed was very comfortable. There were shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee,tea and biscuits to welcome us. It’s too good to use only for just sleeping. Car park is £15 a night and there is breakfast if you pay. Please double check if you drive from the Bristol airport using Navi, it might take you completely opposite direction for 4mils near “the Inn”.

Exllent for my enjoy with our stay and facility is very exllent. For service also very exllent and room exlent and free wife with breafast very good. We walk just 2 munits to the airpot very close. Thank you.

Modern and well-located hotel. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we slept perfectly. Everything looks new, modern, and clean. The bathroom is a built-in plastic unit with plenty of space, which I think is a very practical solution. The WiFi was excellent with good speed. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Umbrellas are available for rent at the hotel. We were given a hotel promo code for parking, but I would have preferred parking to be included.

We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

We were pleased with room, welcome and breakfast and ready to give a good review. I had booked via the Trip App and paid for a double room for 2 people with breakfast- at checkout a very rude receptionist demanded I pay £29 for two breakfasts and would not accept I’d already in effect paid for breakfast when booking. I showed her the booking confirmation which clearly stated the deal included breakfast - she still asked for payment. I demanded to see the Manager who still was reticent to accept that breakfast had already been paid for….. Unacceptable. As a result we were late for a family funeral

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

방은 깨끗했지만 편의 시설이 거의 없었습니다. 냉장고, 금고, 에어컨 없음. 가격대비 매우 기본적인 객실입니다. 욕실에는 비누와 바디 워시만 있었습니다(다시 매우 기본적임). 1박에 £100 이상을 청구하는 방의 경우 이것은 강탈당한 느낌이 들었습니다. 벽은 종이처럼 얇습니다. 복도를 걷는 사람들과 옆집 이웃의 소리가 들립니다. 유일한 구원의 은혜는 리셉션의 여성들이 매우 사랑스럽고 도움이된다는 사실입니다. 도시의 더 멋진 호텔에 머물고 스포츠 경기장까지 버스 / 택시를 타는 것이 좋습니다.

그랜드에서 하룻밤을 보냈습니다. 두 리프트가 고장 났지만 그들은 내 가방을 내 방으로 가져 와서 체크 아웃 할 때 친절하게 보관하여 기차 출발 전에 도시를 탐험 할 수있었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 필요한 모든 것이 있었습니다. 수건에 약간의 불만 만 있었지만 깨끗했지만 약간 지저분하고 퀴퀴한 냄새가났습니다. 그 외에는 내 체류의 어떤 부분도 잘못 할 수 없습니다.

Amazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol
