The Accent Inns Victoria is a MUST STAY! A friend and I arrived last night for one night as we had a friend having surgery at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Amanda at check in was so awesome. She was friendly, fast and so helpful with all of my questions and even gave me an extra duck! Our room was immaculate, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable. Extra pillows in the closet was a definite bonus! The location from the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the lobby is awesome because they have a coffee machine and tea so you can fill your to go mugs and be on your way! Bin 4 burger is attached so grabbing a bite and drink was so convenient. 10/10-I would recommend this motel to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

객실은 작았지만 아늑했고, 욕실과 화장실이 잘 분리되어 있었습니다. 호텔이 거리와 가까워 밤에는 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 3층 건물이라 방음이 잘 안 되고 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 옮기기 불편했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 매우 친절했고 맛있는 커피를 제공해 주었습니다. 호텔 가격이 비교적 높은 편이라 가성비가 아주 좋다고는 할 수 없지만, 호텔의 독창적인 디자인이 이를 어느 정도 상쇄해 줍니다. 근처에 레스토랑, 카페, 슈퍼마켓이 있어 편리했습니다. 런던 시내와도 매우 가깝고 대중교통 이용도 편리하지만, 버스 배차 간격이 다소 깁니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

프론트 직원은 매우 열성적이었지만 마지막 날에는 호텔에서 차를 공항까지 가도록 도와주고, 택시 기사는 시계를 연주하지 않고, 결국 요금을 청구하기 위해 목적지까지 갔다. 아.. 부르는게 좋을텐데 다들 주목해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

물티슈가 있었다면 아침 식사는 괜찮았을 것 같아요. 빵 종류는 많지 않았지만 무료 아침 식사는 괜찮았어요. 솔직히 위치 빼고는 다른 건 다 평범했어요. 하지만 위치는 정말 좋았어요. 운전은 안 하고 대중교통을 이용했는데, 찾기도 쉽고 야경 사진 찍기도 편했어요.

시설: 커피 메이커, 에어컨, 킹사이즈 침대(1.8m)와 소파 베드(약 1.35m). 제 친구는 더블 침대라고 광고한 다른 호텔을 예약했는데, 실제로는 1.35m 침대 두 개가 있었습니다. 친구의 호텔에 비해 이 방은 훨씬 넓었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았습니다. 청결: 비교적 깨끗함 환경: 편리한 주차 서비스: 웨이터가 소파 베드를 여는 것을 도와주었습니다. 제가 아이 네 명과 함께 여행하는 것을 보고, 여분의 담요가 필요한지 미리 물어봤습니다. 정전으로 인해 커피 메이커와 에어컨에 정전이 발생했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했고, 전화 한 통만으로 문제를 해결하기 위해 재빨리 위층으로 올라왔습니다. Wi-Fi는 코드를 입력해야 하는데, 전화로 설명하기가 조금 어렵다고 설명했더니 다시 한번 문제를 제기했습니다. 조식: 해외의 아침 식사는 중국에서 먹는 것과는 전혀 다릅니다. 조식 식당에 들어가서 한참을 헤맨 끝에 빵과 요구르트를 발견했습니다. 커피와 우유는 기본이었고, 계란은 웨이터에게 요청해야 했습니다. 그래도 저예산 호텔치고는 아침 식사가 포함된 건 정말 좋았습니다.

Good location friendly staff Recommended for stay here a bit noisy from the road but all good

We stayed as a couple at Sandman Hotel Victoria for four nights over the Christmas holidays. The hotel looks fresh and modern, as if recently renovated, and was very affordable for Victoria given the season. Amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, and gym, and the gym is particularly well equipped for a hotel in this price range. Unfortunately, we never had a chance to use the pool or hot tub as they were consistently crowded, and at one point two guests appeared to have poured soapy products into the hot tub, effectively turning it into their own bubble bath, which was unpleasant, and staff did not seem to address it. Another downside was housekeeping: daily service is not provided by default and must be requested each morning, which was not explained at check-in. When we did request housekeeping, towels were replaced and the bed was made, but toiletries such as soap and toilet paper were not replenished and had to be requested separately. Overall, good value and a fresh property, but housekeeping practices and monitoring of shared amenities could be improved.
