호텔 직원들은 친절합니다. 다만, 숙박세 등 모든 결제는 현금으로만 가능하니 참고하세요. 호텔 자체는 깔끔하고 현대적이며 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 미니멀리즘을 추구하는 호텔이라 옷장은 따로 마련되어 있지 않습니다. 객실과 화장실 모두 난방이 되고, 침대와 라텍스 베개는 편안합니다. 눅스(Nuxe) 브랜드 샴푸와 핸드워시도 제공됩니다. 생수와 커피는 첫날에만 무료로 제공됩니다. 하지만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점도 있었습니다. 슬리퍼나 세면도구(칫솔, 치약 등)는 제공되지 않습니다. 샤워기 수압이 약하지만 사용에는 지장이 없습니다. 객실에 냉장고가 없습니다. 전기 주전자는 프런트에 요청해야 합니다. (각 객실에 하나씩 놓는 데 비용이 얼마나 들까요?) 가장 실망스러웠던 점은 4월 중순 숙박 기간 동안 에어컨에 ”냉방” 모드가 없고 ”난방” 모드만 있었다는 것입니다. 정말 어이가 없네요. 또한, 호텔에 짐을 하룻밤 보관하려고 해도 야간 보관은 불가능합니다. 위치 참고: 호텔은 브뤼셀 미디/브뤼셀 남역에서 약 500m 거리에 있습니다. 주변에 아프리카 상점과 주택들이 많아 밤에 기차역에서 호텔까지 걸어가는 것은 다소 위험할 수 있습니다. 특히 여성 여행객에게는 불편할 수 있습니다. 예산이 허락한다면, 특히 다음 날 아침 일찍 기차를 타야 하는 경우 기차역 바로 옆에 있는 풀만 호텔에 숙박하는 것을 추천합니다. 그렇지 않다면 그랑 플라스 근처에 숙소를 잡는 것을 고려해 보세요.

언제나 정말 즐거운 숙박이었고 직원분들도 너무 친절했어요. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 각 층마다 원두커피, 차, 허브티가 비치된 커피 머신이 있어서 언제든 편하게 이용할 수 있는 것도 큰 장점이었어요. 그리고 멋진 카페와 레스토랑이 많은 주변 지역도 정말 마음에 들었습니다.

객실은 넓고, 추가 요금으로 주방 시설을 이용할 수 있지만, 수돗물 공급이 다소 느립니다. 15유로짜리 뷔페식 아침 식사는 괜찮고, 특히 크루아상이 맛있습니다. 간단한 커피, 크루아상, 오렌지 주스로 구성된 아침 식사를 선택할 수도 있습니다. 시내 중심가와 공항에서 멀지 않아 위치가 편리합니다. 객실을 두 개 이상 예약하는 경우, 프런트 데스크에 미리 인접한 객실이 필요하다고 알려주는 것이 좋습니다.

10/10 for location! It is right in the middle of the city centre and within walking distance of all the main attractions you might want to visit in Brussels. The train station is only about a 3-minute walk away, which makes getting around super easy. There is also a supermarket right next door and plenty of food options nearby, so you will never have trouble finding something to eat. When I was there, there were a few power trips on one of the days, but the staff fixed them fairly quickly each time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Brussels.

호텔은 매우 중심가에 위치해 있으며, 생수 리필이 무료이고 음식, 음료 및 필수품을 구입할 수 있는 유료 자판기가 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 욕실에 문이 없고 샤워실과 공용이라 사생활 보호가 어렵다는 점입니다. 하지만 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었습니다. 수건 교체도 바로바로 해주지는 않지만 프런트에 요청하면 무료로 받을 수 있습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

환경은 별로 좋지 않지만 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 집은 약간 빈민가 같지만 외국에서 매우 따뜻합니다. 엘리베이터가 고장나서 직원용 엘리베이터를 이용하면 종종 문제가 발생합니다. 직원용 엘리베이터는 아직 매우 작습니다. 맞은편에는 도미노 피자를 먹을 수 있고, 까르푸 아시아 슈퍼리그 등도 있습니다.

브뤼셀 중심가에서 가격대비 상당히 좋았습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절했고 청소도 깔끔했습니다. 무엇보다도 위치가 최고입니다. 주변 식당들도 많고 광장, 중앙역과도 매우 가깝습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 추억 가지고 갑니다.

포레스트 내셔널을 방문하기에 완벽한 위치입니다. 리셉션 직원은 매우 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주었습니다. 하지만 첫 번째 방에서 담배 냄새가 심하게 났습니다! 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다. 두 번째 방은 깨끗하고 냄새도 없었지만, 침대 시트에 혈흔이 묻어 있어서 불쾌했습니다!

Plus: The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s. There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.
